    Default Bangalore Car Care

    I came to Bangalore 2 months back and I needed a number of Hyundai car service center for my car (Santro) so I called up Justdial and they directly connected me to Bangalore Car Care, who claimed to be genuine Hyundai car service center. After servicing the car for Rs 4000, the car stopped working in a week's time. When I called them again for fixing the car they said the clutch plates were gone and they would fix it for Rs 2500 but when they returned the car they gave a bill of Rs 7500, claiming some sensor had gone inside the car and they have replaced it. After settling this bill, my car gave a mileage of 2 kms and there was a constant burning smell coming from the car and car was still not smooth. I had to send the car again to the same people. The reason they gave this time was that the car was in this state because the silencer had gone and the burning smell was due to short circuit in the stereo wires. They replaced that and again gave a bill of Rs 5000. This time i settled 50% of the bill and sent to car to Trident Hyundai for a checkup. After having checked it by genuine Hyundai service center they told me that all the parts fixed by Bangalore Car Care were fake and they over charged me for those parts and replaced certain parts which were not even required. Basically they tried to fool me, since I' am a girl and new to this city. Well I really hope I can at least get some of my money back and no one else gets fooled by these people.

    Hi, Even I have given my car to bangalore car care 10 days back. They assured me to give the best deal, but after reading your blog, I am in doubt. Are they located in Hennur main road? Who was the contact person - Akram Ansari ? Could you please reply quickly?

    BANGALORE CAR CARE : We would like to focus on certain issue raised by this lady (ANUSHREE). First and foremost thing, this car is really an old model (2000) vehicle, and the owner is literally not known the technology. When it reached to our workshop, it was transported from other state to Bangalore via Lorry, only because, it was already having lots of problem.


    As soon as we got the car, we asked very clearly that whether it is transported in a Lorry, she refused to that. Because, we suspected that there might be a minor leakage, because of that petrol was leaking. And we were seeking her permission to look into that, but she denied. It took us almost a week to describe everything in detail. But still, she was not willing to understand and was trying to teach several technical lessons to us. She, alongwith her mother, were looking like more professional in car technology, inspite we have spent almost 2 decades in this field.

    Anyways, We, at bangalore car care, fixed all genuine parts and bub sensors, and she was also informed. Even, the part numbers were also genuine. Whenever it came to billing, she was only concerned about bargaining and delay in payment. Anyhow, we handed over car to her safely.

    In this complaint, she had told that all of the parts fixed here were fake, so I would like to mentioned that it was her idea only. She only insisted to arrange some cheap parts to get things done somehow.

    According to her statement, the car came to our workshop due to some problem, so I would like to throw some light on this. When the car came 2nd time to our workshop, we inspected the petrol tank, and got to know that our doubt was correct. Still, she insisted not to change and fix somehow. Even, silencer had gone for a toss. So, we replaced silencer (that was again of second quality, insisted by her only). This time, she even didnt clear our dues, inspite of doing everything all right.

    I must like to address that in this bout of servicing, we replaced at least 10 items, which were really required to be changed. Even few more things were there to be changed, but she refused to do so. She was mostly interested to get things done in a pretty low cost. And it was really impossible for any service centers to do that. Still, we tried to help her in every possible manner, but never realized that inspite of helping her, the final response was not appreciable.

    Since, she was a lady, and we do have social moral values, we didnt think to humiliate her because of some sort of money. Finally, she got very arrogant to our mates and made only 50% of payment.

    Can somebody tell me how it is possible to do everything in almost 50% of the actual budget? And moreover, even if that also is possible, can you expect the same performance with that deal?

    As far as our job is concerned, we are providing the best deals through bangalore since years. And because of this event, that happened first time in our career span, we ran though major loss. So, I would request all forum members to kindly judge and validate the scenario.
