I Harvinder Singh resident of #1645/B-2,V.k.colony ,Pinjore has purchased a NEW Zen Estilo From Berkely motor Chandigarh on 12-08-2010.I have given request for buy a car in Kalka,Berkley motor.I have submit my all docs to berkely motor kalka on 26-07-2010.They said to approve my loan by TATA capital sec-8,chandigarh.The executive has confirm me on 08-08-2010 to take delivery.He said my loan is approved.But becouse of an mishappening i m not able to take delievry on 09-08-2010.Then i Take delivery on 12-08-2010.They have not given me sale letter on that day.They said DO will clear in next two days only then Berkely will give me The sale letter.After two days I call Berkeley Executive Mr.Randhir (From Kalka) for sale letter, he said MY LOAN IS NOT APPROVED.He said TATA capital is refusing for giving me loan.He said that I have to submit my loan application to other car loan company and he also said that Berkeley will charge me 300 rs per day for late payment after one week of delievery.Then next day Berkeley executive told me for submit docs of my Father for co-applicant.But after two days Tata capital executive has refuse again.Then Tata Capital Executive said me to submit my Brothers docs For Co-applicant perpous.I have Submit My brothers docs on 23-08-2010.But till now i have not recieved any confermation for my approved loan and Sale letter.What can i do in this metter?Please do something for me.I am not able to give panelty to Berkeley.Please take an action or give notice to Berkeley and TataMotor.
