I booked a Maruti Swift LXi(Azure Grey) on 30th Oct 2010 at BIMAL MARUTI INDIRANAGAR. I had booked the car only on one condition- I receive the car in 30 days because I needed to a car in 30 days time.
The sales executive agreed on that and said he would give me the car in 30 days. I knew he would try to say there was no such agreement that BIMAL should deliver the car in 30 days , so I asked him to give me in writing on the BIMAL MARUTI Invoice bill " CAR would be delivered in 30 days from date of booking- 30Oct" with his signature on it.

I had also paid a token amount of INR 50,000 as advance.
Its been almost 30 days now and the dealers ask me to take back the money or else wait till the car is delivered (Time frame not specified).
I can't just let them fool people this way.
