I purchased a pair of bridgestone tyres serial number CFF 1111 from ONKAR TYRES CHANDIGARH around somewhere 6 months back and and started opening up from side which all service centres said is a manufacturing defect .Prop of onkar tyres who was assuring of best service ,started avoiding even the calls and asked WHY ARE YOU CALLING ME ? ITS NOW A ISSUE BETWEEN YOU AND THE COMPANY, when i contacted the company engineer they said BROKEN PLY /PLY CHORDS OR BULGE ARE NOT A MANUFACTURING FAULT AND MAY BE BECAUSE OF IMPACT OF POTHOLES HENCE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
did bridgestne want me to drive the car only on airstrip as there can't be any road without any pothole ? Why donot they specify that BRIDGESTONE TYRES ARE NOT MEANT FOR ROADS (CHANDIGARH ROADS) WHICH MAY HAVE MINOR POTHOLES? BEHAVIOR OF THEIR DEALER WAS VERY RUDE .ARE THEY POLITE ONLY WHILE SELLING THE TYRES?
