With deep regrets we have to draw your attention regarding the poor service rendered for my Car Tata Indigo.

I gave the car for the general routine checkup on 16-04-2011. The car had no problem and as part of the servicing, it was required to change air and oil filters as routine maintenance. They advised for change of suspension and the same was agreed and the work was carried out and a invoice for Rs. 22,900/-

After the servicing, the vehicle started over heating and we took it to the workshop and it was attended with a invoice for Rs.553/-

Again the car was again taken to the workshop with the same engine overheating problem and they changed the “Starter” and said the problem was solved and delivered the car with Invoice for Rs. 5,570/-

Since the Problem was not solved we had to again take the car to the workshop and this time they asked us to change the radiator fan and delivered the vehicle after raising the Invoice for Rs. 2,531/-

During delivery of the car for the above problem, a new problem was identified (“Check Engine” Light was on) and they were unable to solve it on that day and they asked us to bring the car next week end to attend it at free of charge and same was given in writing on the invoice. The over heating problem was still unsolved.
Again we took the car on 30-07-2011 in the first hour and he promised to deliver the car in half an hour. But till 1.00PM they could solve the problem and again we went to collect the car in the evening and they were unable to deliver the car. And on 02-08-2011 evening they delivered the car saying that there was thermostat problem which they have replaced and due to the loose contact the fan was not working and again they invoiced which was refused by us. After lot of argument and unprofessional behavior from the supervisor (Shrikant) and customer care manger (Venugopal), the vehicle was delivered.

This clearly shows the car was repaired without diagnosing the actual cause for the problem and they tried to repair it on trial and error basis at the customers cost. Why was the Starter and radiator fan changed when there was a loose contact and the thermostat was not function properly? Why as a customer, I was made to spend around Rs 8500/- for a problem that was due to a loose contact and replacing starter and fan without any justification

Further the car stopped at Panjagutta in traffic on 08-8-2011 at about 7.00PM while returning from the office. My son telephoned to your service station and the mechanic came there and could not find the problem and made a direct connection to the cooling fan and asked him to take the car to home with the promise that they will come to my house and collect the car next day and repair it and return the same. But they fail to collect the car on next day and after telephoning them they collected the car at about 11.00AM on 10-08-2011. The car was kept in the workshop without attending and with our repeated reminders the car was delivered on 17-08-2011 at about 10.30 AM and I have pointed out that the fan is not working. The mechanic was trying to do something on experimental basis and suddenly the cap of the coolant container was blown off and all and all the coolant was spilled out all over the space at my house car parking. Then he filled the coolant container with water and took back the car to the work shop.

Till today we have not received our car back duly rectified. Our request to provide a service car was ignored and we have to use the call taxi for our movement. My son and daughter in law use this car daily to go to their office and he had to hire a taxi for going to the office.
