I had purchased a Maruti Alto LX car in October 2008 (Regn No.MH20 BC 5268) through Automotive Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd Aurangabad,-431210,Also I have taken loan from SBI-Aurangabad.
In March-2010 I had already full repayment to bank & took NOC from Bank for move toward to RTO for removed of my hypothecation from my RC Book.
I had already submitted all documents to RTO agent as per there requirement & execute what they want. He said “HO Jayaga Sir” RTO agent entered to RTO Office Computer system for paper checking.
While hypothecation removed RTO office has raised query.
As per their record at the time vehicle passing TAX amount paid shortly as per the Invoice given to me from Automotive Manf.A’bad.
Last 4 Month This issue I had addressed to Sales Executive, Account Officer, Manager & so on….
For help to me solve the same issue.
But from their side very casual attitude.
You are request to plz look in to the matter & instruct to your account to pay the balance tax amount to RTO & help to me for cancellation of hypothecation
