I booked a routine service for my car Swift VDI at carnation and their driver picked it on 4th of May 2010 morning from my office in Delhi, late afternoon the supervisor Ashish from carnation called up sharing that my car engine have excessive engine oil and they'll need time to drain and service it. Then they holded my car saying one of the seal packing is not available at their store and they are arranging for it. On 7th as i visited their premises without informing them and found that the mechanic was working on the injectors and he replaced all four of them. Suddenly founding me there he went and called the works manager Tarun who shared that they tried starting my engine with other cars injector and which perfectly worked fine and thus they taking the other car's injector away and will get my car's injector rectified. Also the part missing was injector lock as it was broken and they not getting it, for which i spoke other service stations and told them that it is available in one of the near service centre and should get it and repair my car till 8th morning. To my surprise they called me on 8th afternoon sharing that my car is not starting at all and they unable to find the probem and suggested to give my car to nearby maruti service centre Motorcraft and they towed my car to Motorcraft.
At motorcraft when the car got inspected they found out that car piston and the cylinder head was damaged and the repair estimate is 1.26 Lacs. The carnation team stole the original expensive injectors (cost is Rs 55,000) fitted in my car and put some old and faulty injectors that cause a broken piston and damaged cylinder head in my car engine.
