I have purchased a WaganR car from Sah & Sanghi Auto Agencies Pvt. Ltd, Giri Kunj, 11-C, N. S. Patkar Marg, Mumbai 400 007 on 27.06.2010 vide Invoice No. SV1006-113 dated 27.06.2010 through Sr. Sales Executive Mr. Vikas Utekar. This car is hypothecated by L.I.C. of India and L.I.C. has paid some excess amount of Rs. 3000/-. Senior Sales Executive Mr. Vikas Utekar and Broker Mr. Jagdish Manseta have promised to do coating before delivery on 09th July 2010. But neither they have done coating nor refunded Rs. 3000/-. I have requested several times through phone and Email, but no heeds was paid to my request. M/S. Sah & Sanghi Auto Agencies Pvt. Ltd has not given my original Tax payment receipt till date. Actually they have paid the taxes or not? Why they are not giving original Tax payment receipt? Mr. Vikas Utekar has promised to come with his senior and solve the matter but all in veins.

You are requested to enquire this matter and stop the cheating in the Sah & Sanghi Auto Agencies Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai 400007 and instruct to remit my Rs. 3000/- with interest @ 18% immediately as due is more than one month. Further I request you to instruct to concerned authorities to give my Original Tax Payment Receipt.

I purchased an old maruti esteem (VXi black, WB02F-8079, Reg Year 1998) from the dealer MOTORANGE of Ajaynagar, Unnayan Commercial Complex, Kolkata on 14th June, 2010. Forget the condition of the car. I had to change almost all the parts of the car. The AC, wheels, shockers everything bad. The engine is sucking fuel like anything. Still I thought it is my mistake and repaired everything. When I purchased it I was confirmed by the dealer of that company, Prasun Roy, a resident of Rajpur Jagaddal Nadi Para that the papers will be properly maide at a cost of 7, 500/-. The owner of the card was somebody else. So it was not possible for me to do the name transfer myself. I paid the whole amount without any receipt for that and handed over all the original paper like the old owner's smart card to the dealer Prasun Roy and he said in month time it will be ready and it will be given to me. The tax expiry date was July 1, 2010. He said on July 1, he will pay the tax for the next year for me. As the tax was going to fail in 15 days time when I purchased the car, he agrred to pay the tax for a year. After repeated follow ups, on 13th August my car was taken to Alipur RTO by myself with a driver for production and I brought all the existing docs like smart card zerox, insurance copy, old tax receipt for production. And the broker and one RTO officer said everything is perfect, and he signed on the document 'OK' infront of me. Till date document for the car is pending and I am told by the broker that I have to pay penalty of Rs. 4,000/- for late payment of the tax and then only the document can be made ready. Previously, I informed the dealer to pay my tax so that I can take my car o city for driving. But he said only after name transfer the tx will be paid in my name. The broker of the car said that the dealer Pasun has not paid him any money or document for tax payment. When I asked Prasun to pay the penalty and the tax, he said I have to pay it. I asked him why I have to pay the penalty as I was not the decider to pay the tax later. He is again playing with me and saying that the penalty can be waivered, whereas the broker says it can never be. The broker is appointed by him. Tell me whom shall I trust? I got angry and told him that I will go to local police station if he cheats me like that. He said that nobody can do any harm to him as he has previous nexus with police. It is not mere R. 4,000, my beloved friends and advocates. It is a cheating in the day light, and I have every right to inform in consumer court forum and all my fellow ppl to be aware of such incident. I will surely go to police so that innocent ppl like me are not cheated by this old car dealer in future.
