I am owning a scorpio and i dropped it at authorised workshop of mahindra in new delhi at moti nagar named sri durga automobiles for the starting problem on 08.07.10 at 12:50pm where they promised me to deliver the car to me on 08.07.10 at 6:00 pm but when i reached there they said we will provide you the vechicle tommorrow and next morning when i called them they said we will deliver you the vehicle in the evening. but from there i make a call at your customer care where i made a complaint if it and they provided me the docket ref jG09/0012 and replied your problem will be soved with in 24 hrs . but when now today in the morning when i contacted to there workshop general manager Mr. KK Chauhan he said we will take 2 more days to deliver you the car. but now again he said to me that your car will be delivered to you on monday.
sir please help me as i am facing problem due to them.
