I have booked a volkswagen polo Diesal car on 16th May 2010, from world class automobiles ,motinagar,new delhi.I have been given in writting that the car will be supplied withing 45 days .now almost 50 days are over but dealer is not ready to deliver the car before end of august. The loan has already sanctioned by the bank. it is difficult to go for another optioned.I travels around 100 km per day I have alredy sold my old car few days ago. i am in trouble please sugest what to do in this case.
