I am V.Naveen Kumar has gone to your authorized dealer VENKAT SAI SERVICE CENTER i.e Dealer code :2866 for to check my car steering problem and suspension problem ,He suggested me need to replace the front Left and Right side struts and steering rack assembly with maruthi genune parts accepted the thing which he said, but he priced More than double of the market price and replaced faulty spares with local made spares found this letter and enquired about this with another Maruti service center they explained all the story which he did. .

Parts replaced :Left and Right strut assembly and steering column.

Service Charges :1350.00

Strut assembly and belongings :6100.00 charged

Actual cost in market as per my quotation collected from Maruthi spares :4100.00

Where he purchased i.e costing 3300.00 but he charged me 6100.00 nearly 2800.00 rupees variation on total bill amout .

Dealer code found in owners manual i.e 2866



I would expect you will take up this matter ASAP.
