as per my above reference no i am attaching the extended warranty booklet copy & Tata moters booklet copy for my reference & for yours necessary action.

Dear sir,

for yours kind information i just like to inform you that i went krishu motors indore (Madhya Pradesh) for my problem of Sound on suspension, Heater not working & Ignition Switch problem.
my vehicle is on extended warranty so that i tell him to take it on extended warranty and solve my problem. after some time they mailed my details to Global Administration Services for warranty. next day krishu moters replying me that global administrator canceled yours claim.

Suspension Sound. : On Extended Warranty booklet there is clearly mention on Page 10 - Suspension : Shock Absorbers Bushes : Any claim is limited to 35000 kms only.) on this issue my vehicle total running is less than 27000 kms.

Ignition Switch problem : On Extended Warranty booklet Page 12 Electrical System : switches and instruments are covered on extended warranty. but they canceled & told me this part is not covered.
for yours information i want to tell that on tata indigo cs /ls booklet/service book (Owners Manual)
page no 27 & 28 the name of the switch is Steering lock cum ignition switch and the ignition switch having more than 16 electrical connection.

for all these above complaint i request you to resolve my problem.
all the references are attached for yours review.

i am tired to deal 3 times for extended warranty and every times they canceled without proper reason. is it genuine or only blindness of Tata people .

for the above reason i request you to please solve my problem as soon as possible.
