    Dear Sirs,

    I am to convey my feelings towards your good concern and your grate REPUTATION.

    Earlier we had MARUTI Wagon Rs in our family and were relying on them for their Good services.

    But when our family learned about CHEVROLET Car, -its quality and performance as well as your assurance of providing best SERVICES after Sale, we immediately switched over to your decent CAR, we have purchased TWO Cars, UP-81/Y6852 and UP-81/AB 0250 copies of our both R.C are enclosed for reference.

    To our hard luck, while my family was returning from SRINAGAR (J & K) after Vacations in my CAR No: UP-81/ Y6852, my car met a head on Collision at PATNI TOP WITH A truck. On the alertness of my Driver, my Car was damaged badly, but the family members including the driver remained SAFE by grace of God. No doubt our car is STRONG enough to bear this Heavy Accident. The Body of the Car is badly damaged, whereas the Chassis and Engine remain un-hurt to a great extent.

    A proper FIR was filed on the spot; The Insurance Company was duly informed car was lifted by crane to Jammu. A mechanic was arrange, who made the car perfect to DRIVE further. The Car was brought on its own wheels and was sent to AGRA on 07-07-2010 Repair Order No: 001621 for its repair to your authorized dealer M/s KALYAN AUTO SALES, AGRA.

    I was assured that the affected vehicle would be soon repaired. I am constantly asking Agra to know about the progress of its repair, and I am replied that The Company has NOT SUPPLIED THE NEEDED PARTS AS YET. This shows your UTMOST NEGLIGENCE CARELESSNESS towards your Car USERS.

    Keeping in view your Standard and Goodwill, it shall be very much appreciated if you
    Please contact your above Auth Dealer and arrange to send them the required parts and accessories to enable them to repair my Car at the earliest and to maintain the trust which we and our family had developed with Chevrolet.

    Exclamation chevrolet optra magnum

    I had purchased Optra Magnum Diesel from Desai Automobile Vapi Gujrat, and from very first day i was facing the shockup problem and every time do repair but again the same problem happen, and from feb 2010 i am facing the AC problem and desai automobile was not able to solve that problem every time they do trial and errors for that and they had not resolved that problem till now, and after that i got the complain of clutch plate problem when i was in surat then i gave my car at surat chev dealer and they replace the clutch plate and flywheel which cost me Rs. 52000.00 and at the receipt time of car we complained for the pickup then the surat dealer told me that the clutch plate and flywheel is new, so after 100 kms we get the good pickup in the car as previous, but when we get in mumbai i faced more pickup problem then i had given my car to National garage Mumbai on 30/07/2010 and as on today the car is in garage of national garage, and they are not able to repair the car and every time they told me that in a week i get my car after 15 days(14/08/2010) they gave me the quotation for the repair in engine it was near about Rs. 55000.00 and now some time they give the reason of spare part and some time they not respond and some time they give some foolish reasons, i am very much frustated and i want the claim from the company bcz in 56000 kms the car have in engine problem and flywheel problem, i think there is some manufacturing defect in car bcz in 50000 kms got all these problems, and in future i dont know what type of problem i have to face, and company service centre are inefficient, they dont have the parts of the cars at their stock,
    please help me.

    my self dildar singh and i m owner of chevrolet cruze ltz ,registration number CH O1 AC 8497....got from dynamic motors,chandigarh............

    i just want to inform u that ur car i mean cruze is not good car as i got on 17 may 2010,till now i m facing number of problems...they are:---
    1.leakage of shocker
    2.dent from service center dynamic motors,chandigarh
    3.bs 3 model wuth saying bs4
    4.turbo pipe displaced
    5.baking problem
    6.alignment problem
    7.noise in interior
    8.while servicing from dynamic motor got dent on right panel..
    9.ac vent problem that is still need replacement
    10.right vent displacing outward


    plz solve my issue

    Default Flywheel and Clutch problem in Optra Magnum Diesel 2.0

    Chevy is a cheat. Their Flywheel has developed a slight play in the optra magnum car i own, and they say that they have to replace it and it will cost Rs 70000/-. They said they cannot adjust the play. I wonder why. Also they suggest replacing the clutch set at a cost of Rs. 37000, shock abs, that were making a noise, and something that can be repaired with slight servicing, they said will have to be replaced. This company is conning customers in after sales services, they do not know the word repair, and are extorting money, by recommending only replacements. Even for the timing belt, they wanted to replace the entire assembly costing Rs. 20000/-. I told them to replace the belt only, they said they wont guarantee te work in that case. I got the belt replaced outside, and have driven the car mopre than 10k after that, it runs just fine... I will never recommend a GM car to neone hereafter.

    Default complaint on chevrolet cruze

    I am DR.MADHAN KUMAR.M, from Ariyalur (Dt) TAMILNADU. I had bought a new chevrolet cruze car in the name of my cousin Mr.M.GAJENDRAN in the month of May '10 from JAYARAJ CARS TRICHY. (LTZ - Diamond white Reg. no: TN 61 9199). From the date of purchase I have noticed a shake (vobbling) in the steering wheel at a speed of 120km/hr and above. I informed this to the company. They checked and told that there was a bend in the wheel discs and changed it and checked, but the problem persisted and said it was tyre fault. They sent back the vehicle telling that they would claim new tyres and rectify the problem. After few days they took back the vehicle and kept in the service centre for 3 days and informed that they had changed the tyres and the problem was rectified and dropped the vehicle in my home. But the very next day when I drove my car I found same complaints. Again I informed them and they sent their service supervisor. He drove the vehicle and agreed that the problem persisted. He promised that he would take back the vehicle in 3 days and rectify the problem. But its almost 20 days since they said but so far there is no response and am driving my vehicle daily risking my life. I have already sent a complaint mail to their registered office. But still no response. Also the A/C problem I had complained also is not been rectified. I hope the concerned auothorities would take necessary steps to solve my problem before something major happens. My mobile: 9840119993

    Default dealer harasment

    I very much harased by the car dealer at kolkata.I have booked my car from india automobiles.After making payments they r not entertaining at all & delayin in delivery.Even some of their sales consultants are talking very rudily.I am now that i am trapped.I should not go for business with CHEVROLET.

    Thumbs down Chevrolet Car Servicing Issue

    Hi ,

    I purchased a Chevy Beat just 2 months back after ****yzing its performance and after market service. But after 2 months my cars is showing me engine vibration and Miss firing and average of the car is reduced form 17 km/l to 10km/l. When i showed it to chevy dealer located in "Bharat Motors Ltd -Sambalpur, Orissa" he denied to make any parts changes to the machine. I have 3 year service warranty to my car. He says we cannot change parts as i have not purchased my car from the show room and asking me to talk to after market person of Chevy. If this is the service which Chevrolet provided to any of his customer I'll definitly recommend my friends and family not to own a Chevrolet.

    I'm really disappointed after the behavior of the service provider and dealer. It's a big damage to Brand. I'll really appreciate if you look in to this issue asap.

    Angry Sour & Bitter experience with KLN Cheverlot motors chennai

    Dear sir,

    We bought Spark LS from KLN motors NO: 8-NP,Ekkaduthangal, Inner Ring Road, Chennai, 600097. Tamil nadu.
    Starts from booking till to get the RC book delivery faced lot of problems.

    1) The commitment from the KLN Motors Executive Suresh & Balaji regarding booking amount I paid through my Debit card for that without informing me he swiped more than the amount mentioned in the advance booking form.Once it is enquired Suresh informed that the extra amount is service charge for the cards.After Two days I paid the amount balance amount of Rs.200000/- and the balance is in EMI with HDFC bank. Balaji informed that the car will be sent to registration on 04/12/10, and informed that you can take delivery on 07/12/10.On the delivery date by morning I gave a call to Balaji he inform that the car is went for registration by today only .Then there is no communication from him.Again I gave acall to them by evening they said the can able to give delivery by 10/12/10 only.

    2) By Morning 10/12/10 I gave a call to Balaji regarding delivery of my car,he confirmed you can get delivery by evening 4.00PM. Myself spouse and two kids went to the show room by sharply 4.00pm.They ask us to wait in the lobby and informing that the car is getting ready for the delivery. The executive came with the bill (Invoice copy).The amount mention in the bill and the amount what I paid to the dealer it is not Tallied. They are not giving the proper bill and try to convince me telling something like a road side fish market business deal.Up to this time went to 07.00pm. Finally they brought the car for delivery the car was not properly cleaned and the executive(Balaji) not given any guidance.The executive(Balaji) leave has it is and went out and once enquirer-d I got reply that already he left the office that his work time is finished.

    3) On Time of Booking they commit-ed for the Free ACC, will be provided with the car.On the time of Delivery I just checked asked the free ACC they informed that all (Sony mp3 player with Two speakers)are kept in the dickey.At the time one person came fast and handed over me one key and told take the car i just standing in the lobby there are many cars I don't know my car registration Number i am just standing on the lobby. Suddenly a macanic came he is on the way by finishing his duties of the day and going home he helped to locate my car.Finally the delivery time is 08.15 Pm. After so many calls finally they handed over the RC book not the (Bill)invoice copy.
    The experience which I had with Chevrolet makes me to think whether i came to buy a car or some scrap in the market.

    Hello ..this is Dr Agrawal from mumbai....we had won a chevrolet beat as lifestyles promo offer at the end of year 2010...we were assined dealer as SC AUTO THANE MUMBAI..i.After completing all formae lities we were very happy to win a car...the dealer when we met first told u were few documents short 4 tardeo rto clearance so he will take time..it was on 24 dec..we paid the full amounrn t the same day .we had told dealer ewe will be colleting car on new year...he did not turn back to us 4 a month after that...later our agony started...he one by one started harassing us 4 documents .the two salesman vishal and pravin of sc auto demanded 18000 4 rto clearance stating ur documents were shot.which was not the case at all.later we inquiered at rto office they said papers did not reach. then these two falsely demanded notary of documents which was not needed.. till date they r trying to extract money from us and have not delivered our car ...we are extremely disappointed that s uch renounded company has kept such dealers.we wish u set an inquiry on this immediately .would never reommen anyone 4 chevrolet.my contact no 09324968995.

    I had purchased a Chevrolet Spark LT car bearing No AS-01-AN-3552 from M/S Radiant Motors Private Limited,Guwahati(ASSAM) in the month of April 2010 through bank loan.The said vehicle met an accident on 01/01/2011 in the evening while the said vehicle was in halt position in a traffic signal point at Guwahati,waiting for the signal to go on.In the mean time ,an Indica vehicle came from the back and hitted in the rear side of my car and damages a lot of my car.The said car was given to M/S Radiant Motors Pvt Ltd on 03/01/2011 as because the said car under the coverage of insurance policy.The car is laying at present with M/S Radiant Motors Pvt Ltd,Guwahati,Assam since more than two month and no proper initiative has been taken by the dealer to reapair the vehicle inspite of my several requests.This has become really a problem for me for not having the vehicle in time as assured by the dealer, as a result it puts me in difficulty in my day to day works very badly.
    In view of the above, I fervently request you to kindly take up the matter with the dealer to take initiative for repairing the vehicle expeditely as well as to deliver the vehicle within 10(ten) days without further delay.

    Thumbs down Complant on Hyderabad Orange service station sanat nagar

    My Name is Tarun reddy, I am using chevrolet Aveo where we purchased in 2008 august as i am facing huge problem with your service station in hyderabad. where there is no customer service in proper process i am facing hugh problems in AVEO which has ENGINE problems in it. where the which ruined only 29000 km in less than 3 years of warranty. where the car is in still warranty and its a petrol car as per standards of GM Motors the car should be problem free but i am facing huge problems with your cars as they are charging huge amount from customers and still my car is in visiting service station from past TWO months and the problem is not solved and faced a huge problem on the occasion of my knees wedding day my car was brooked down away from 50 km from Hyderabad where there was no help from 24 hrs helpline and i myself suffered a lot my paying huge amount for toying the car to service station where my family as suffered a lot and bare extra convince to transport my family to attend wedding as i would like to know if there is a warranty is under cover will the ENGINE of my car should be repaired for no cost as its a manufacturing defect of car i would like to ask GM Motors where is warranty covered to not even ENGINE which i trusted the GM motors where there are no customer satisfaction which is promised my company standards.

    The sanat nagar service manger in Hyderabad is so rude as suggest me to complain on consumer court as his behavior to customers is untroubled as customer satisfaction norms . i herby want to register a complaint on service manager .

    I have purchased CHEVROLET SPARK IN DEC 2010 from M/s SC Auto, Thane. Within 2/3 days of purchase the Car gave me a problem. I referred the cer to their workshop and they charged me for the repairs. Although I have sent various letters / emails I am not receiving a reply (duly signed) from the company / dealer.
    Please help and guide me.

    Default Problem with My new Chevrolet UVA car

    Dear Sir,

    My name is Debajit Banerjee, I am working in Indian Oil corporation Limited, New Delhi. I bought one Chevrolet UVA car from Autovikas, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi, India on 25th May’2010. I didn’t take any loan from any bank. I gave the money from my savings.
    Most of the time I drive this car inside the city. Only two occasions when I planned for a long drive with my new Car. 1st time in January 16th 2011, I planned to go to Jaipur from Delhi with my wife, father in law and mother in law. The distance was around 300 kms. After continuous driving of 100 kms , the car started problem. I don’t know whether it is ignition problem or something else. But Engine was automatically off after every minute. I didn’t have any other option, I felt helpless. And I returned to Delhi. Our total day was wasted and program was cancelled. Then I sent this car to Regent Automobile, Chevrolet service centre, Okhla. The said that now the problem is over, there will be no problem in future.
    After that again I planned for a outing to Nainital from Delhi on last Friday, 22nd April’ 2011. This time I was planning with my wife, Mom and Dad. The distance was around 320 kms. Again after 100 kms of driving, same problem was started which was occurred in January. I could not go to nainital this time also. I felt frustrated. I returned back to my home.
    People like me purchase a car for his use and benefit. But what is happening with me? Is this really a benefit? Is this my fault that I purchased a Chevrolet car nothing else? Why should I suffer every time? I purchased this car from my hard earned money. This is Chevrolet? This is their renowned car?
    I think there is definite some basic problem with engine. This is my humble request to you that please change the engine or whole car.

    its my worst experience to buy a chervolet spark from jaishree motors kachiar (H.P)

    we bought a brand new car that time they told us about the govt employ scheme so be deposited our
    documents then they told us to wait for 2-3 months than we will get our cheque than we gone to the showroom after three months than they told us that they have lost our documents than we said its okay
    we will deposit them again than we visited the showroom atleast 20 times every time they having a new reason to tell us now its a year passed away like this then now they again asked us for papers and we again deposited them but i dont think that they are going to pay any govt employ scheme to us so its my experince so plzzzzz never buy a chervolet under govt employ scheme it sucks!!!
    its our worst experince with this company.

    Default Misbehavior of Chevy Dealership SARASWATI CARS

    Today I decided to take my car to the service center coz it's servicing is due, I've a spark,which is under warranty & I have a cashless ownership offer.... Dealer misbehaved with me and said that take ur car to that service center fro where u buy ur car.. And never come again here.... Dealer name is SARASWATI CARS,, & it is in mirzapur, u.p. india

    Post Underhand Money Asked by Shiva Motors Sahibabad, Gzb, for delivery of Car Papers

    Hi,
    I, Dr. V.K.Kashyap has bought Spark BS4 from Shiva Motors Sahibabad on 31.12.2010 for Rs.3,01,136. This include all the taxes, registration fees as per demand raised by Shiva Motors Gzb. The vehichle got registered on 10.03.2011 at gurgaon and HR 26 BH 0520 number was alloted to the vehichle.

    In month of April M/S Shiva Motors asked me to collect the registartion papers and on my visit demanded an additional amount of 1 % towards brokerage charges without any receipt as a pre-condition for handing over the paper. The brokerage charges for regisatrtion was never disclosed and against the terms & condiotions of the purchase. We were however ready to pay on the condition that a recipt will be given to us on this additional payment. M/S Shiva Motors has neither disclosed the amount nor forwarded the registartion & insurance papers for the aforesaid car, causing us great inconvienance. It may be mentioned that we have taken a loan from SBI Jhandewalan Branch for the car and banker is insisting for handing over the registration paper in original as per condition of vehichle loan.

    Customer care department of M/S Shiva Motors, Ms. Muskan (mobile No 08010555095) has been contatcted again & again with no result.

    Please do the needful.

    Default chevy spark

    i have purchased spark last year from gallops motors ahmedabad. i'm also a proud owner of maruti alto

    sir, i would like to inform you that i m highly dissatisfied with gallops , whether it is new purchase procedure or it is a service .
    recently i havegiven my car to company i.e.gallops motors for cng fittings. i paid almost 15000 rs. more to get it done from company instead of local vendors.

    i got back my papers after a long long perid of 2 months i.e. evenafter daily reminder on phone.

    now my car with company fitting cng... you chevrolet people come to my and i 'll show you how the work is
    done

    i want to lodge complaint . in details i can elaborate after your response to me

    Angry Replacement of Clutch

    Dear Sir,

    I wish to bring to your notice that I purchased Chevrolet Aveo UVA car DL 4C AD 6114 from Autovikas Moti Nagar, New Delhi on 15.10.2009. My car has driven 21,000+ Kms till date. I had given my car for servicing on 28.09.2011 after which I was told that the clutch needs to be replaced & it would cost me Rs. 15,000.

    My question to you is:
    Why should I pay for anything which is under warranty?

    I have mentioned above that there is no reason the clutch should not be replaced free of cost. I do not want to be harrassed anymore with the stupid rules which the staff talk about. I sincerely feel that General Motors is luring people by offering less price at the time of purchase & impose a lot of hidden costs by providing parts of inferior quality which do not last until the warranty period also.

    Please do the needful on an immediate basis to avoid any problem to the company as I'll see to it the case is solved in my favour.

    Thumbs down Chevrolet car complaint

    Dear Sir,

    we have purchased AVEO UVA LS in March,2010, in Aug,2010 all of a sudden my car dint come on, then compny service person visited and he said that mouse chewed some wire, he fixed it than again in Sept,2010 same thing happend and this time they towied my car from a shopping mall, this time they said that some EPS chip was gone bad ... they kept my car in the garage for more than 20 days, when we went for the delivery that time we noticed that the wiper was all junked n old when we told them they immidiately replaced from another car which was in the garage, we were shocked to see the action, then after comming back we noticed that inside of front door the board was damaged we called up garage to inform this they promise us that they will be replacing it, car was full tank we got back with just 2-3 liter of petrol, i realise the car was not the same when i drive after that.... recently in Oct,2011 we gave the car as there was Insurance claim n servicing the car was away for 12-15 days since we got it back my blower n AC is not working in last one week car is gone to garage twice and today again same problem i dont know what thay are doing when we Spoke to the dealer Mr. Jiten Shah he said mai kya kya dhku ...

    we purchase this car with great thrill but now its creating problems by its garage staff.
    please look into this matter as i am writing this with big hope.
