Hi,

I bought Chevy Beat from KUN Automobiles, Kavdiguda, Secunderabad. I was having problem with vehicle suspension and alignment. When someone sits in the back seat suspension/shocks makes cracking noise and at slow speed and high speed too i don't have good control over the car and also car is shaking horizontally(side ways) this all started after second servicing of the car.

And, they there is unusually excess play in the suspension and which was not there previously before 2nd service. I don't know what those servicing fellows did to the car.
I took the car twice to the dealers workshop. Guys at workshop say everything is good, i don't know why they ignorant & irresponsible. Once they changed the front tyres to rare and rare to front, but the problem still existed.

It's simple common sense thing, if everything fine with car, why would a person goto dealer with complaint. I didn't complaint before the 2nd service. Problem started after 2nd service.

Wrote a complaint here in this site few days back. Someone called from Chevrolet and told one of this customer adviser would call me and he would solve my problem. But, NOBODY called and on top of it my complaint was deleted from here. Deleting complaint from website..... does mean that they are guilty, then why would someone delete the complaint. whereas i could see other complaints are still there.

Whatever it is, my problem is not solved. I'm driving the vehicle the problem and unsatisfied, unhappy by the car performance. End of the day I won't recommend any of friends to buy Beat. It's a shame!!
