Subject: Regarding break down visit & repair charges of your Chevrolet Spark vehicle # HP10A3338


Sir,
As per your knowledge, on 29th September, you had informed us of an accidental situation your Chevrolet Spark vehicle bearing registration HP10 A 3338 was in through Mr. Virbhadra Singh and that you desperately required break down services. We, at that point had informed you that your vehicle will be repaired via normal accidental standard operational procedures and had refused the break down service. However, you pleaded and requested of help. On humanitarian grounds, we agreed to extend you the break down service. We informed you of the break down charges and estimated cost of repairs as INR 15,000.00, to which you had agreed.
On the spot, we repaired the gear/transmission box (Trans axle case, left side), left axle was damaged & therefore changed. However, while on road test, steering created a noise due to bend in the steering rack. Our attending technician, Mr. Sant Ram, contacted us for the part required. We revised your vehicle repair cost to INR 27,000.00 (Including labor & break down charges) and informed you of the same to which you agreed again.
After we successfully attended to the break down issues, you irresponsibly refused to pay anything and along with a few locals, started threatening our Technician of dire consequences leading up to killing of the innocent technician. He had to run for his life due to this unprofessional, irresponsible and criminal behavior of yours.
We, through this letter, want to inform you to pay the above mentioned bill amount within 7 days from the receipt of this letter and avoid any unpleasant situation for yourself and us.
Please Note that we will be forced to take legal action against you incase of non compliance to the above.
