I Mr. Kishor C. Kontikal, have purchased Chevrolet U-Va Car (MH14-BR-4230) one year back, being the owner of this vehicle I am really proud of that vehicle, its design. But I am suffering more than that my car is suffering without proper servicing in time, as it is very difficult to get the appointment M/s. Pashankar Automobiles being the only Dealer and Service Station in Pune, we don't have any alternative. It is getting delayed to get the vehicle serviced within the suggested kilometres reading. As the agency is overloaded I am helpless.
If the same situation continues, I feel the performance of all the vehicles that you have sold in pune area are going to be effected because of irregular servicing, may not give the level of perfomance designed by General Moters or May not give satisfaction to present customers. Why we being the customers should not question you? Then where is your prommise, i.e Chevorlet Prommise. Expecting the Early action and results.
