Octopus Systems India has an AMC arrangement with Kwality Engineering Co. for AC repair.

However, when ever we get in touch with them, we never get any definate time, date as to when their engineers will come to repair our AC. This has happened on multiple occasions. Due to this, our employees are forced to sit without AC for days together.

Moreover, even if their engineers come, they just ****yze the problem & then inform us that a different team will come who will solve the problem. Then again we have a waiting period of 3 to 4 days when the next set of engineers come. This is becoming a big issue with us.

When we try to take the issue with the seniors people of the MD of Kwality Engineering Co, he does not attend the calls. He is either busy, not in office, not in country & so on so forth.

We request you to kindly intervene in the matter & help us resolve the same.
