i have a maruti wagonar (DL5CH-0131)LXI LPG
after two month purchase it creating a problem in air filter and its do missing
on LPG and after it i go to service center magic auto moti nagar service center they told me that ur's car air filter is blast
ater it they told me that you have to pay for this part when i go to manager and told us each and every thing then they replaced this part in warrenty
but missing problem is not solved.i continously go to service center for this same missing problem on lpg .then they said to me that in ur lpg kit packing has to be change then ur's problem solved after it they change the part but problem is to much cretical . now my car is not start on lpg they said to me that you you have to give me one day more to solve the problem after that i left my car in service center they said me that we arrange minda company enginer for lpg problem after it they give car its running properly for one week after a week its not start on lpg. service manager(surender) asistant manager (sumit mehta ) said to me that we r are not able to solved this pro blem
i am allready send this mail 3 to 4 time to maruti & magic auto moti nagar but no body reply me.
pl take an action after sale service to service center & maruti both

I had given my car no. MH12 CR212 for servicing at Maruti service centre on 24th October, 2010 at Laxmi Cars Meera Road (East). Being a lady customer I was given a free pick up & drop. The car was delivered on 26th Oct, 2010 at my doorstep. Since there was no one to inspect, the car was taken at it was. On Sunday I observed that except for the window glass problem, nothing else was done. My battery was not working so I could not start the car. When I called a person from Exide battery to check the battery he told me the acid level was almost nil. I was shocked to know that nothing was done. The batteries were not checked. When I had dropped the car at the service station the wire which was eaten by rat was left unattended, the yellow colour grease was left on the front window.

It is a shameful act that inspite of paying Rs.2,929/- nothing was done and I had to pay Rs.130/- for recharging my battery.

Sorry, to mention that we have to face such problems with a reputed service centre like yours. Am i facing this problem because I am a lady customer.

I request you to send someone to inspect my car and to reimburse me Rs.130/-

I’m vishal, having the swift which was met with accident, The advisor whose name was RAVINDRA from MANDOVI MOTORS (hennur road), Spoken very rush & he was acting so funny he was not letting any one to help also, so I called for bimal and they helped a lot.

It was unforgettable day & shameless day for me.

I don`t want to give any details of my car, I’m afraid when I go if they do anything for my car
I have four car I have not faced any problem, till now I think why did I took maruti. recently I have serviced & done little body painting in Mondovi the boy was height & wearing glass & Mr. john they both responded very good, seeing that itself I came again, I was the person making the service in the bimal motors

I desired that I should not go to Mandovi Motors here after.
