    I am writing to you after frustration and inform you with pain.

    I had given my car(Honda City ZX GXI) to Ring Road Honda, Sec 18, Gurgaon for maintainance (Service). Actually my car was accident and it has some damage of front lights and bonut. The person Mr. Sandeep Sharma (Mob:-9911314069) has committed to deliver on 21-June-2010.

    When i reached to receive my car, i saw that my car is in same condition as i had left as before and got most of things missing in it like -

    1) Fog lamp is missing.
    2) Tyre mud protector is missing.
    3) Front sheet lock is missing.
    4) Driver side foot mat.
    5) Scratched on the left door side and right side both. A big scratch mark on the whole left side.
    6) I gave the vehicle with full tank of pertrol but when i got it back it was empty.

    Everybody is rotating me day by day but there is no outcomes. I really got frustrated. In fact yesterday i found my car is ON for whole day and it got discharged. I have tried to start it but its not started and no center locking is working.

    Is this the Honda known for. It is really ridiculous and shameful.

    Honda should look into it about their servicing partners and the quality of service being provided, as we pay a big amount to get the services.I am highly dissatisfied with your service as i still don't know the status of my vehicle till now. I still do not know when can i get my car.

    Sir,its an emergency, can you please help me out.

    Default HONDA QUALITY GOES for a TOSS

    Hi All,

    Thinking of buying HONDA, please re adjust your expectation downwards.I bought HONDA CIVIC. Problems:-

    1. HONDA logo weared out it orginal Silver colour in the first six months. Answer from Customer relation Manager : it is a usage problem

    2. LOCKS got Jammed, needs replacement at the end of 2nd year ( less than 29000 KM). Answer : Sir you missed a service.
    I asked them show me which document of service catalogue asks for check on the locks . No answer.

    3. Horn short circuit with light. Answer : Sir this is electronics, things happen...

    One reason they are not afraid to give bad quality is that INDIA doesnt support great consumer Rights. They say recalls are only for life threatening parts . Lock doesnt come under that :-) Funny.....

    Please be careful.

    Talking New Honda City

    I have purchased a car 2 months back. I have noticed that whenever rains water is entering into dikky. I have taken the car to the dealer thrice and the problem has not rectified. I am fed up with multiple visits.

    I do not know how to handle this situation.

    Default Pride honda cheated me

    I gave my vehicle Hondacity AP10 AL 5532 for servicing on 6th September.
    I informed that my Head light is not working
    Asked to check the AC Filters
    Requested to provide estimate for Denting and Painting
    Requested to provide the sticker to indicate the next servicing.

    The vehicle was given to me at 9 PM even though the informed time was 6PM. The vehicle was given to me with lower beam lamps glowing and as it was late I was in hurry and took over the vehicle. I was not given any of the requests made. the estimate for denting and painting was not given and no sticker provided for next service. However I ignored. But very soon I realized my Head lamp was not glowing. I was obviously furious and informed the service engineer on 7th Sep.
    Me being in a senior position, I depend on the vehicle and giving the vehicle again for this recovery was not acceptable. The service engineer picks the phone once for 5 attempts and he disconnected while I was talking.
    the PRIDE HONDA people called me to take feedback on servicing when I again complained about the same. A female told she would talk to the General Manager and there was never a follow-up response from them at all.
    It is an integrity issue that PRIDE HONDA cheats the customers in small cases. We lost the trust as it was never a satisfactory end with this Company. We decided to shift to Sundaram honda, and I am in a process to make it format at Corporate Level of my organization as well.

    I purchased honda city IV tec on 27 07 2009 with Rs877000 from ur showroom Mr anil choudhary sales executive assured Mr kapoor that all accessorised have been issued and no monetary concession can be given. after a year when the insurance was due i am told than the following item should have issued the company free of cost which were not issue . 1/.foot-mat 2/.Teflon polish/ 3.handle cover/ 4.side door cover. THE above r pitty item but non supply by such a big company is of a great concern and damaging the company's image.

    I spoke to Mr. Anil Chaudhary number of times but with no results, when he is not picking up my calls I am compelled to bring the above to ur notice for ur action.

    Our Car DL3CAK8930 Honda CRV got serviced from Saket Motors Pvt Ltd on 01
    Oct 2010, we have made a complained for electronic meter as it is not
    working properly , Saket Motors people said they have forwarded the
    complained for the same to the Honda Office,

    Please look into this matter at the earliest and let us know, Meter is not a
    sensitive part and neither need to be changed so early.

    I had to write this mail in a desperate effort to bring into your notice a serious case of negligence on part of a reputed Honda Service station and its staff.
    The case dates back to 8th june 2010. I brought in my Honda Accord 2009 Registration No.:PB10CN-5132 into Ring Road Honda Sector 17 Gurgaon. The Car had starting problem and few dents on the body. Apart from this every accessory and engine part were intact.
    The Service Adviser duly ****yzed whole car, got his Mechanic and dentor engaged and gave us a very convincing idea that it will take at the most 20 days to put the car in perfectly working condition.
    So good so far, the problem started after that and havent ended even till now.


    Since then i have excruciatingly traveled 90 kms every week from Delhi to you service station and spent almost thousand rupees every week just to listen that "the car is almost ready and collect it next week." Same story have been repeated the every so called 'next week'. Does it really take 4 months to rectify a car in a so called state of the art Honda service station. Do we really have to push that much for repairing every car that enters there?

    may be your production of honda accord 2.4 is minimum 1 per day but my car is built but there are no part available i always heard that sir parts are not available
    i bought this car for reputation of Honda not of Ring road honda they are destroying the image of Honda


    Last week I again reached Ring Road Honda in a view to get the car delivered. I got the shock and surprise of my life. Surprise, that this time it was ready to be delivered, Shock that the bill was for Rs 1 Lakh 67 thousand ONLY. The bill was nicely prepared 6 pages of bullshit material that had been issued for this car. Can you imagine that this list contains even my car's Display module which was working perfectly fine and had nothing to do with starting problem.
    I cant stop myself from comparing my car to a patient who came to a clinic for a fever and went back with his liver and kidney replaced and even paid for them.

    I would request that someone responsible look into the matter and get my car delivered without the associated agony.

    I sincerely hope that the request doesn't fall on deaf ears this time and i am not forced to put this issue on a bigger and public forum.

    i shad serviced my honda car at moti nagar for service but after the service when we get a car , we found that it was broken from some places .when I approach complaint to them . they didn't response at all.

    Default Poor Service and cheating by Solitaire honda

    I am reproducing my mail sent to soliatire hond on 4th Sept after relentless follow up and obviously nobody bothered answer this mail. Being a busy professional it's impossible to keep on making endless calls however i am posting this complaint to ensure that Honda and Solitaire honda in particular don't keep on going cheating customers.

    i am in recepit of the detail and i want explaination on following points:
    1. I was charged Rs 10490/-
    2. My service bill was Rs 6559/- (1006069)dated 11th August
    3. Based on the details sent by you i should have been charged only 2921/- against the claim however i was charged Rs 3931/-. Kindly explain the reason of difference.
    4. Even in billing AC disinfector was charged twice (both in service bill as well as body shop bill. Can you please explain why?
    5. In nut shell i have been chaged 1810/- extra. Want to understand how and why?
    6. I had to endlessely follow up to get the details for 10 days

    Not sure if anybody from Honda will revert.

    Default 2 weeks delay in handing over of car by Ace Honda Noida

    We had purchased Honda Jazz from your company in Feb 2010 & all service of this car & our Honda Car is with your company only. We were disappointed in past with the service support but this time this has actually crossed embarrassing levels. Please see below detail of car which is in your workshop & not handed over to us since 30th Jan (Over 16 days at your workshop).

    1 In Dec 2010 we had given the car fro accident repair under cash less scheme of Honda Assure & have not yet got the payment as your people made mistake in registration card. This was corrected by Mr. Sandeep & given to Mr. Mahender promptly but no payment has been received.

    2 Subsequently we had send the paper for Name change (as company name was changed from Mishima Infotech Pvt. Ltd to Overdrive Electronics Pvt. Ltd) along with insurance premium check # 067369 dated 18 Jan 2011 to your Mr. Sandeep well in time much before the insurance expiry date. But we just got the insurance policy (HNC/00012053) issued on 8th Feb which is after the expiry of the policy & 2 weeks the check & paper given to you company.

    3 Our car met the accident on 30th Jan & was given for repair to Mr. Mahender who assured that it would be given on 2nd Feb but later postponed it to 4th Feb, but also did not give it on 4th Feb. he mentioned that he is has some issue with insurance paper & would settle it & send the car on 7th to my home.

    4 Even after 10 days I have not got the car & I spoke to Mr. Manoj on Saturday & he assured to given it today. But today when I called up I was told to wait for 2 more days.

    I do not understand how much time it takes a company to correct your own mistakes. I have been put to great inconvenience with no fault at my side. All the goof up is happening at your company & I am been unnecessary penalized & put to continuos trouble.

    I would appreciate if that issue is resolved & car handed over or send to my home at A-39, Sec 39, Noida.

    I am writing to you after frustration and inform you with pain.

    I had given my car(Honda City ZX GXI) to Ring Road Honda, Sec 18, Gurgaon for maintainance (Service). on 19-10-2010. After getting back from service when i use car it started missing after some time, when called to service center they asked to replace the plug, some time passes meanwhile and when i went on 16-2-2011 to service center after checking they said there is no ignition plug in car & need to put new one but, i have never get serviced or maintained my car anywhere else or outside service station so how can ignition plug missed. The missing problem started after 19-10-2010 service. i am sure that ignition plug has been misplaced there in the service point only.

    Is this the Honda known for. It is really ridiculous and shameful.

    Honda should look into it about their servicing partners and the quality of service being provided, as we pay a big amount to get the services.I am highly dissatisfied with your service as they are not accepting the mistake.

    Unhappy Attention to Honda city car Makers

    Dear Sir,

    I have bought new honda city car on sep 2010 which is IVTEC..
    DUe to some accident problem i have given my car to nearest showroom and i got insurance claim what parts has been damaged.
    But my steering is jam due to or some other reason.
    I have given my car thrice to that show room but still it is not good as it should be.. that people do not rectify the problem and always given me explaination that it is your myths and just because of your accident it is like that only..
    Now what should i do u suggest me how to cope with the problem????

    This is to inform you that your honda services are going worse these days.I had given my car in coutesy honda work shop,lally automobile,okhla industrial area phase-1,new delhi,India for repair approx 45 days before with a commitment that it will take a weak to repair and give it back to you.as know its 45 days i am going daily to know the status of my car nubmner HR 26 BB 5704 but i am getting the same answer daily that it will take a day more.I had a word with the manager of work shop and even with the general manager of area services and i am shocked to hear from GM that he is not responsible for these kind of small deal,i used to handle big deal business.If the Gm of the honda is like that than it is understood that there is no problem to give trouble to manager and supervisor.At the end i decide to bring this to your kind notice and to the consumer forum and consumer court to stop such kind of harresment.

    I am very sorry to that i am very annoyed from the behaviour of your service staff(lally motors ldh).as many times i have sended my cars for repair it has never been done on time nor your manager informs us properly about the status of car.your staff dont take the proper responsibility and when ever we call they keep on delaying by giving different excuses.still one is under repair nd god knows when it will be returned to us with good condition.i hope you will take the action as early as possible.

    Hi,

    1 I am writing to you with a problem because of the utter incompetence and lackadisical attitude of your dealeship Crystal Honda in pune.

    2 My car CH 04H 7115 met with an accident on 2nd May 11 and was taken to the a/m agency on 4th may. the executive promised me delivery in 40 days. However despite repeated visits/phone calls and emails there seems to be no action happening. Their faviurite answer is that due to the earthquake in Japan there are no spares available,hence no commited date can be given.

    3 I find it surprising that a company as reputed as honda with such large volume of sales, does not have parts avail for over 50 days. Your executives are totally incompetent and it is no surprise that Honda Sales are now declining in the country. I wish I had never owned a Honda as I can say with conviction that a Maruti/ tata car would have been repaired much earlier.

    4 I am now contemplating legal action against the company, as also I think that the people of the country have to be made aware of the poor state that Honda cars are in.

    I handed over my car at DEHRADOON workshop.After lapse of one month they can not repair it,pretending nonavailbility of parts with HONDA.when will i receive back my car?Who is responsible for delay?whenever icall in workshop,they reply that parts stand ordered,delivery awaited from co. end.HONDA enjoys a good fame in the market.But feeble services may impact adversly.Kindely intimate me a date when i will receive my car.Also compensate me for the period i have been deprived of my car.

These all things is covered in the estimate of Hall Mark Automotive Pvt.Ltd. which was sent to you earlier by Hall Mark.

    You are once again requested ,please arrange all required parts for complete the all pending work said earlier ,which we have faced since last two months, and also arrange to pay the bill accordingly which is generated only because of repeated job ,& Not it is additional job.so that The Vehicle will be repaired soon and exit from the pnding issue under accident job.so vehicle will be delivered to us with my comeplete satisfaction.

    Default Be carefull what you handover to Honda Service people

    Honda Service center of Pearl Honda Gurgaon did not provide a good customer service. My car was returned after first service without the Honda key ring (provided when I purchased the vehicle). It is not a big loss but worries me as the attitude of Pearl Honda associates was troubling. First they said it is not possible that somebody took the key ring away. Then they said come and collect sometime from showroom (I had car delivered to my home). When I went there, they said they cannot provide any key ring. There is no facility to provide feedback on service or a complaint register.

    Worse, 3 persons immediately came to meet me when I entered the showroom, and went away quickly after finding out that I was not a prospect. Once the receptionist came to know about the purpose of my visit, it seemed that nobody in the showroom was free to speak to me.

    I recently converted to Honda after years of staying with Maruti. I never faced this kind of problem with their service centers. While this may be a freak occurrence, the attitude of showroom associates is troubling, and lack of any feedback/complaint mechanism is surprising.

    Dear Sir,

    With reference to the above subject, I am sorry to state that a company like Honda - ISO 9001 certified is patronizing sub standard supplies.

    I purchased the Honda City VAT bearing registration no. MH-04-EF-3685 on March 2010 from Linkway Honda, Sakivihar Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai. From the day the vehicle was purchased I am having lot of problem with the vehicles. Kindly check the past case history which is there in Andheri Show Room. Even the vehicle which was delivered on the delivery date was in a shabby condition.

    Now I am writing this email to you for a very serious problem. From the month of June 2010 the air condition in my car is giving a stinking smell when i switch on the A/C. First I thought that it is a new vehicle may be due to leather seats & floor matt. I waited to 4-5 months & during March 2011 the stinking smell was increasing. I pointed out this to the service advisor of Linkway Honda. They cleaned the A/C pipe with dettol and told me that it has gone. I drew the vehicle for one week continously but again its started. The stinking smell is such that I feels like omitting even my family doesn't sits in the car. After the service in March 2011 when I switch on the A/C there is a bubbling sound inside the car with stinking smell.

    I took the vehicle again for servicing to Linkway Honda on 25th July 2011. The same complaint was again explained to Mr. Zahid Husain (Service Advisor) Mobile No. 9223547002. He assured me that the problem will be solved i.e. stinking smell & the bubbling sound of water. The vehicle was at the service station for 3 days. A senior technician was called from Delhi to attend my vehicle but even he cannot rectified the problem. I took the deliver of my vehicle on 29th July, 2011 & was informed me that my vehicle is kept under OBSERVATION for one week. But till date the problem is not solved. The stinking smell is increasing & the bubbling sound is not yet resolved.

    I request you to kindly look into the matter as this is a very serious issue. I have hardly drown my vehicle for the past 1 year. Its only 3875 kms. What is the use of buying a Honda Vehicle when the company cannot satisfy the customer.

    You are requested to kindly take the matter on top prority basis or else you change the vehicle and give me a new Honda City.

    I had a leaking steering oil high pressure pipe to be changed in my Honda accord.It has been one month now since the defect was found and these Honda service guys in kanpur are not able to source the parts nor they are giving definite answers.My car number is AZ6711 and if this is the kind of services offered i would not suggest any body to buy a Honda.

    I am writing to you after frustration and inform you with pain.

    Having bought the Honda City a year back. The vehicle has developed problems in the AC Blower switch knob which works only in 4th position. Position 1,2 3 are not working. The Ring Road Honda Service centre since last one month is making me run from pillar to post . The dealer says even the motor blower is to be replaced, WHICH IS IN A GUARANTEE PERIOD AND THE COMPANTY WILL REPLACE FREE OF COST. Today SINCE LAST 30 DAYS I am using a New Car without AC and have to forcefully drive with door glasses open . What a Shame you HONDA GUYS. I wish I had bought scooter. The Ring Road Honda,Motinagar,Delhi is not a genuine service center as he only washes the cars and delivers. The Blank forms of RATINGS are got signed and the ratings are filled by themselves .Either the Honda Siel is involved OR any crook can fool such a High rated company and obtain the servive dealership.If no action is taken I shall sue the company for the harrasement and Shame as my relatives who were stopping me to buy this car are laughing at my decision. If no action taken I shall be constrained to approach the consumer court within next three days. SHAME.

    Default Service complaint

    I have given my car for service to m/s Ace Honda Noida on 19.11.2011 at 10.30 a.m. and handovered my key along with keychain and original documents related to vehicle to mr Virendra of the said dealer. Delivery of vehicle was due for same day evening. I approached him for delivery at 6 pm and it was intimated that i can get vehicle next day as the same is not ready. Accordingly i approached next day morning to the person and i waited there 3 hours after clearing all dues against bills. Even they have taken favourable feedback without handover of vehicle. At last he delivered my vehicle without my original rc, insurance paper and key chain. When i asked for the same, mr virendra responded that he is not responsible for such misplacement. I donot understand how they are damaging the image of honda like company by providing such a poor response to customers.
    Early action on the matter will be highly appreciable.
