I had booked a Hyundai car (Santro GLS[m]) initially and paid 2000 INR towards the booking amount on Sep 4th 2011. Later I changed my mind and asked the Sales rep Anand Mishra for i10. My car Loan was in process and within 10 days, I got to know that I would be going onsite.Its been more than a month with more than 10 times of face to face requests, the dealer is making excuses and not returning my booked amount.The latest excuse given was that the sales guy has left the job.

..For Hyundai, it may be a small amount but for me even 2000 INR is a big amount.
What are my options...What can I do.
Would going to media help or should I go for a lawyer?
