Dear Sir/ Madam,
I bought i10 1.2 Magna Last year Oct 2010 on My wife's Name K.Madhurima, Till date the registration for the vehicle was not done almost 7 months past, When contacted Customer Care Person Mr.Nagarajan at KUN Hyundai, giving vague answers and it is purely their mistake to enter Wrong Date of Birth in the Temporary registration for which the RTA is not accepting to do the Permanent Registration of the vehicle.
Due to this reason I am not taking my vehicle out freely because if RTA or Police stops my vehicle and asks for the documents he wll not listen to the stories what KUN Hyundai pupil says and Police already fined me with Rs500/- and cautioned me not to take vehicle out untill the PR is done.
I already conveyed the message what Police said to me to Mr Nagarajan, Customer Care for which he has only one answer always "Its under Process and our RTA person will call you" By the coming Saturday 100% it will be done" Many Saturdays has past but this person is very negligence in follow-up and for that I've to face the consequences.
He don't have at least the courtesy to call me and inform the status. Every time I need to call him and ask about the status.
Please help me to get this issue sorted out, as it has been more than 7 months facing this issue & the company should take the responsibility and speed up the process in getting the Per.Regn. done for me.
