I have purchased a JK Tyre(Radial) f`or my Maruti 800 car on last22.08.2009 from RITWIKA TYRE CENTRE, Chuanpur More, Berhampore, Murshidabad. After few months I cnoticed that the tyre is not suitable for use. i refund the tyre to the Dealer but they are denying to replace the tyre. From the Sales Officer I came to know that the tyre has been expired on last 2004. By issuing me an6 years expired tyre the Dealer has cheatted me.
