Me JaganKumar Have booked Maruti Alto lxi on 13-10-10 through Sales executive Mr. Prakesh Shetty of Kalyani motors, # 24/1, 25/1, near Nayandahalli signal, 100ft ring road-mysore road junction, Bangalore-560039, tel 080-28606262/3/4/5/6.

Order booking/commitment checklist # 1010

I have issued an cheque dated 14-10-10 of rs 5000/- as booking advance in favour of kalyani motors
Cheque# 014376 of HSBC BANK, my saving acc # 132386822006.
Cheque cleared on 14-10-10 to kalyani motors.


Due to some reason i didnot get approval of vehicle loan and so dropped the plan of purchasing alto. I have contacted sales exe prakesh shetty on his mobile # 9008099709 several time to cancell the booking and to transfer the paid amount to my account. but he keep on saying he is busy will do it tomorow, next day and so on.

Further to this i called up mobile number as well land line number given in order booking reciept 9900599909 and 080-28606265 and received reply that my problem will be addressed. but till now its not done.
I have written an email to kalyani motors sales@kalyanimotors.com which was mentioned in booking reciept on 24 december 10 addressing this issue but till date i have not received any reply or phone call from them.
Im beeing behind this from more than two months to get back my paid amount from kalyani motors. this amount will be very much needful to me at this situation.

I kindly request you to help me in getting by money back & request to take necessary action with kalyani motors & request you to get componsation from them.
