    of mariti regional office indore.Dealer cheating me in deal.they not only missguied me and missbehave with me.and regional officer failed to provied me real rates of vehicle.tahts why my complent is still pending.

    Default battery issue

    Hello everybody,
    My name is Jeev sahadevan from Palghat-Kerala.I have a Swift Dezire VDI and i am a regular customer of indus motors.

    For the past three service that is at 20,000 km ,a free service and 30,000 km service was done Indus motors- vadakkumuri, Kannadi, palakkad.

    After the 30,000 km service i got a call from indus and they told me that the battery of the car is weak and they sent me the car.From the next day onwards i found out there is a starting trouble in the car.

    So what i do is- i took my battery to a local battery charging station to charge my baterry where as they told me that there is no battery water in the battery. so taking this issue i took my battery to the battery dealers which is Exide and asked them to check. They replied to us saying that lack of battery water and maintenance one cell of the battery is weak.We asked them for a replacement of the battery and they said us that the battery has expired its warranty. But we told them we had a long cranging before two months.but they were helpless

    MY QUESTION OUT HERE IS- isn't it mandatory for the service dealers to check the battery water when a vehicle is sent for service.we are really disappointed with Maruthi and your dealers.we were forced to spend money on the battery just because of your carelessness.

    I am looking for a clarification in this issue as soon as possible.

    Default Complaint against Anand Motor, Lucknow

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I had purchased New Alto K 10 on 27/08/2011 from Anand Motor, Lucknow. Vehical registartion no is UP32 DW 7076 and colour of Alto Car is red.

    At the time of booking, sales person Mr Sri Prakash and his team Leader has promised me that if you booked the car today then I will get a gold coin of 2 g.

    I booked the vehical on same day and gave him Rs 500/- and they promised me that you will get the delivery within 3 days and within 15 days you will get gold coin.

    But till now I have not received any gold coin. when I asked the question from Sri Prakash or his team Leader Mr Dinesh, they said that you will get it soon but they never give any satisfactory answer.

    I had also make this query to GM of Anand Motor, Lucknow and he said that it will come from Gurgaon but again he had not given any date.

    At the time of my first vehical servicing, they lost my vehical body cover which i had purchased from open market and when I asked this from service manager Mr Visha, he said that he will give me after 2 days but he have not give it to me.

    I asked for my vehical body cover many times but he had not given it.

    Now I am making a complaint against these person as well Anand motors, Lucknow.

    Hope you understand the situation and solve the issue ASAP.

    Default complain against odissey motor,NALCO,Angul

    sir,my Zen Estilo bearing no OR19M77,purchased on october 1st week from above stated dealer, with a cmplain of engine seize due to damage of mobile chamber &leakage of oil,has been sent for repairing to Odissey Motor at Angul about one month back and the vehicle has not been delivered yet showing non-availability of spare parts since one month.look into the matter and take steps for quick delivery to end my panic for purchasing maruti car with no spares available.

    Sir/Madam,

    Sub- Complaint against Dealer (ID No.- 116413329)

    I had booked a car- Maruti Swift (White VDI) on 27-05-2011 (Receipt No.- REC11001484, ID No: 116413329 and SOB No : 11000531, Cheque No- 101620, Kakaria Maninagar Nagrik Sahakri Bank, Ghodasar, Rs 11000/- ). I was promised to deliver the car within 1.5 months of booking. We were promised to get the delivery on 04th July 2011. I have talked many times with Mr Ronak Shah & Mr. Bhaskar for status of my Car Delivery. They always informed that they do not have any stock and I have to wait for more 1 months or cancel the booking (costumer harassment started right from here). Finally I have talk with Mr. Kalmlesh Thakkar, GM of Nanda Motors. Again I got answer “Sorry Sir, We don’t have stock”.

    This clearly shows that Maruti is also encouraging black marketing along with the dealers and taking undue advantage of the reliability of the name MARUTI by creating market monopoly.

    Six months are already gone, Can I have any hope to get car delivery? Or I have only one option to cancel my booking.

    Angry Maruti Suzuki SX4

    In Oct 2009, I bought SX4 the high end model of Maruti cars. But from day one the car was giving a cracking/screaching sound from the front wind shield. I have got it attended almost 4-5 times from the Competent Gurgaon Service Centre, but still the problem is there. I have even lodged the complaint in the Maruti helpline but even after that the problem was not resolved. Pl. help.

    sir,on dated13/12/2011 at maruti agency wokshop at ALWAR myshiftvdi repaired by your staff they did some mechanical work costing Rs 9000.but alignment work not done by them. i am a non technical person . after that i went to jaipur,my front tyres got damaged. only due to your negligency .

    Default Complaint againest Sai Service Kodungaloor, TKS Puram- Kerala

    This week on 12.12.11 , I have purchased a New Swift Vxi from above mentioned Dealer.
    They have cheated me following basis.

    1. They have not handed over the 500/- rs Coupon for filling fuel.
    2. delivery time they promised me on10.12.11. They delivered the vehicle to me on 12.12.11.
    3. T.P papers handed over tome on 15.12.11.
    4. I have paid the money on 09.12.12 and they promised me that they will hand over the vehicle by evening of that day with T.P.

    More over the staff behaviour were so worse than I never expected.

    pls take necessory action asap.

    I bought Maruti Zen Estilo VXI from BIMAL MOTORS Bangalore last year September (Sep2011). Now I moved in Noida. While shifting I got some problem in my Car. Like Driving Seat Belt need replacement as per advised by City Motors Noida. They are asking me 2500 INR for Seat Belt Kit replacement.

    I need to know as my Car didn't complete its fist year So can I avail the Warranty for Seat Belt replacement. If yes so who'll provide me assistance in this matter as my Car purchased in Bangalore now need further service in Noida. Please clarify my doubts regarding Vehicle Transfer policy.

    After this I received a mail from Manish Kumar (Sr. Manager, Service - 3)<ZZ_Sercomp@maruti.co.in> after a week. In which they asked my Car Registration Number and My Contact number. I provided the same but nothing happened after that. Customer Care number doesn't work. No reply in mail conversation.

    Really I won't suggest anyone for Maruti. I am feeling now as cheated.
