I have book Swift ZXI (Azure Grey) through Fortpoint, Mumbai in first week of November 2010. I was committed that I will get the car by Jan 2011 end latest. Upon the commitment I sold my Alto to the same dealer in December 2010, hoping to manage my travelling for 1 month. I have already made the complete payment to Fortpoint as per the price list.
I am been following up with Fortpoint since Jan 2011 end but didn’t get any response from there end. I logged a complaint with Maruti (Complaint number – 9063874476 dated 17th Jan 2011) which was closed without my consent. Post which I got a call from Fortpoint mentioning I will get the car by Feb 2011 end without any further delays & they want me to confirm on mail regarding the new commitment. I sent the mail to Fortpoint confirming the same. But after noticing there is no action happening till Feb end I called them again. Reply from there end was that still the car is not available and will take more 15 days.
I have not got the new car till date (1st March 2011). Its been 4 months after the car is booked, which does not reflect good on Maruti Suzuki as a company.
I am very unhappy that I choose Maruti as my second car.
