Sub : - Major complaint from day of purchase of SWIFT LXI Model

Dear Sir,
With reference to the above we inform you that we purchased the above vehicle from SAI SERVICE STATION, Lower Parel , Mumbai and got the delivery on 19/06/2009.

Having got recommendation from few other users and also as per general reports. We preferred to choose a SWIFT Car in comparison to some other models in the Market.

However from ‘Day one’ of Purchase to Date we have faced repeated problems as described below.
a) On the first day of purchase (19/06/2009- Saturday) we heard some noise, each time we applied the brake.
b) On 21/06/2009(Monday) we complained to SAI SERVICE who advised us to send the vehicle for a checkup.
c) On 3rd day 22nd Jun 2009. They informed us that there was a defect in the brake pad which they replaced (receipt attached)
d) After 02 more days on 24/06/2009 the problem recurred, this time the noise was louder.
e) We contacted Mr. Nagesh Beerla at Maruti , Mumbai office
f) Mr. Beerla assured us that he would again have the brake pad / mechanism replaced & check the car in his presence
g) This 2nd replacement was again carried out within 02 days -24/06/2009 (receipt of replacement attached )
h) We were assured that this problem would not arise again (letter attached)
i) However within a fortnight we faced the same problem again
j) We contacted Mr. Beerla at Muruti Suzuki, Mumbai yet another time.
k) Now, we were informed that the brake pad mechanism in our car had been found to be from a defective lot & the new lot would arrive soon .
l) Once again, on 29/07/2009 the New Set BRAKE PAD Mechanism was replaced & car returned to us with full guarantee .

To our Great Surprise & Anguish, the very nest day on 30/07/2009, we found that the brake operation is emitting harsh screeching sound.

This has been checked & verified by Mr. Beerla (Maruti) & Mr. Subhash ( Sr. Works Manager – SAI SERVICE, Mumbai)

We are totally disillusioned, dissatisfied & unhappy with the whole situation.
As is obvious, we made the first mistake in accepting the replacement of an essential spare parts in a brand new Car on the first day itself.

But this was prompted by total faith in product & quality of MARUTI SUZUKI
We now finally believe that this is an inherent problem in the Motor Car itself & we are no longer prepared to accept ‘Experimentation & Research’ on a brand New Car that was bought by us just 3-4 Weeks ago.

WE HAD REQUESTED MARUTI SUZUKI TO KEEP THE CAR AND DO WHAT EVER CHAGES / RECITIFICATION REQUIRED TILL THEY ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PROBLEM BEEN SOLVED.

DESPITE OF OUR REQUEST AGAIN AND AGAIN, ONLY THE BREAK PADS WERE CHANGED AND FALSE PROMISES WERE GIVEN TO US EACH TIME. YET WE FACE PROBLEM IN THE VEHICLE. THE CAR IS LYING IN MY RESIDENCIAL PARKING LOT UNUSED.

OUR PATIENCE HAS NOW WORN OUT

We attach herewith all the necessary documentary proof to support the above facts.

We feel cheated, disillusioned and totally dis satisfied with the shabby treatment meted out to us by your indian partners.

We purchased your brand because of the much acclaimed good name of MARUTI
SUZUKI....Also because we have excellent experience with OUR OTHER CAR TOYOTA INNOVA ..... another japanese colloboration but a vast difference in the attitude and services.

We have sought legal advice & have been advised by our solicitors that NOW after providing 4 separate opportunities to your company ( as Explained above) we have now every right to seek complete Replacement of the vehicle

We are feeling helpless, and before we proceed for any further action we knock
at your door for the last time.....HOPE OUR GENIUNE GRIEVANCE IS ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY.

We hope that MARUTI SUZUKI would wish to have one more happy customer & would provide us immediate replacement of the vehicle to provide us relief from our month long anguish.

Hi Ms Shivpuri,
This is a case which you can take into a consumer court and get them to refund all the money you spent in addition to some compensation for having you run around from pillar to post.

Go down to your nearest consumer court and they will be able to guide you further in this regard.

Thumbs down wrong address mentioned on sale deed

i am a serving army officer.i have purchased a maruti swift dzire vdi from modern automobile,hissar. the address for registration was not mentioned correctly by the dealer on the sale agrement. as a result of which my vehicle is not being registered at the place of my choice. inspite of repeated request it has been told to me that now the address cannot be changed as the same comes from the maruti company. due to exigencies of service i am not able to spare time and dont know what to do?

Angry complaint for the Alto Car Resistration no PB10CK 3018

Dear There,

i bought this car in Sept 2008 form ludhiana. for 1st 6 months the things were absolutely as per the goodwill that Maruti has in the market.

But after 6 months I realized the noice in wheels & problem in cluthc from the starting.

I have gone through with all the servieces on time & by the autorised centre only. twice the cluch has been overhauled by the center but the problem still exists.

Kindly look into the matter & revert ASAP.so that the image that i have build in my mind about the maruti product can be sorted out.

Dear All,

Still yor doing R&D on my car !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pls do it what ever you want, I will not accept this vehicle RNS only responsible because of irradiated due to negligence 1st service.

I need replacement new vehicle only & with out any cost, other wise I have to go consumer court or some other source to solve my problems.

Expecting your positive responsible your end

I am facing lot off problems with it, which it was but was not irradicated due to negligence of 1st service in RNS MOTORS,

(I had purchased the vehicle on 24/07/2009 ( the period of 47 days ) in the 47 days the vehicle is laying 21 days in your RNS service station & 3 days in chitradurga, throw that it is clearly inducting the vehicle performance, last 3 years I had experienced with wagan-R vehicle & I never faced such kind of crude problems and the same vehicle served me a lot without any problem.For that I had gone once again through your product. 01.First time 8th august 2009 (with in 10 days of purchase with in mileage1500 Kms)- problem occurred at 10:30 AM while driving on high way NH4 (Bangalore to Chitradurga.)- contacted customer care & bolt, belt tensioner & belt damaged replaced at Saketh automobiles Chitradurga.



Note- This all spare suppled RNS on sunday Chitradurga with out bill, after recivied all spare we hand over to Saketh automobiles Chitradurga & they are changed all spares replaced on same day morning, ofter changing the parts we used the vehicle, we take the all dameged parts same parts handed over to Mr. S. Shetty RNS Bangalore on tusday morning & same day vehicle we hand over to Mr. S. Shetty, he checked and returen vehicle around 04:00 pm & we used the vehicle.



02. Second time 25th august 2009 (within 1 months of purchase with in mileage 3000 Kms)-problem while driving on Bangalore City (BTM Layout) - contacted Mr. S. Shetty he say pls bring the vehicle we check & confirm, till date no replay.

My self Jagjivandas Panchal and I am owner of your Maruti Susuki Swift Dzir VDI car and I purchased that car on 4/06/2009 and my car no is G-J-5-CL-7350, I am your costumer since 10years. I have Maruti Van,Maruti Aulto, Maruti Esteem I m satisfy with the all car and your service but this time i have maruti swift Dzir and i am not satisfy with your service and your response.
Bcause,
Me and my family went to Abaji on 1/11/2009 and i had faced accident on 2/11/2009 we all are safe after that accident but my car's engine totally damage hence I had moved my car at Kiran Motors Himmat Nagar for repairing i have full insorence of the car and i have purchased extra warranty and they repaired my car and they delivered me my car on 18/11/2009 and at that day me and my son Jignesh Panchal went to himmat nagar and they said us that the car is complete ok and it has no problem, they take all responsibility for the car and as they said us we believe the car is complete ok and we have to believe what they said us about the car because we are not engineer and we are unknown person about the car engine.

After finished this all meter, after we took the car we came back to the surat at our home city during this journey from Himmat nagar to Surat only after 10k.m. drive the car car's engine make some noise we don't know about that noise, hence again we called to Munnabhai the Manager of Himmat Nagar Kiran Motor where we repaired our car for inform about that engine noise after that, Manager munnabhai said us that u check your car at ahemdabd in Kiran Motors after that we went to Kiran Motors at Ahmadabad which is stay at on Sarkhej highway for check our car after there we reached Dhavalbhai who the manager of the Kiran Motors, he checked my car and he said me that your car's engine noise because of low level of engine oil after that he filled engine oil in the engin but after filled engine oil we face same problem that's why he said us that we have to open the engine and again repair it and he said us that they could not say that how much time takes engine for repair and they gives us no response, hence at that time we feel that we shouldn't purchase maruti company's car.

After that Dhavalbhai the Manager of Kiran Motors of Ahmadabad branch said us you can drive your car till the surat and he takes responsibility for that.

After that we again start drving for the surat from the Ahmadabad and during the driving we drived car very slowly bacause we were worried about that engine noise but before we reached at surat nearest about 20km the car's engine not work the car couldn't start next day we complained in kiran Motors at surat brance and they tolling the car to the service station after that they got all the details about the car from the Himmat nagar kiran motors after that again they opened the car engine and they don't give us any information about the engine and after that they said us the engine was blocked its not worked and they give us very high expensive cost for repaire the engine but i m not agree with them bcause my car has fully insorence and i have extra engine warranty so why i spend money for repair the engine hence at that time we compained on your toll-free number 1800-1800-180.

Question Complaint against new zen estilo

This is the complaint against the dealer of Berkeley Automobile Chandigarh industrial area phase 1 from where i purchased the vehicle new zen Estilo on 03 /11/ 2009 having the registration no. (Temp) CH 23 T 2536 where the sales person suggested me to fill the puncture sealent in all four wheels worth of Rs 2500 and he said it suggested by maruti for tubeless tyers becaue of that sealent fluid there is problem of stearing vibration & later it become a problem of wheel blancing i took the vehicle Service Pathankot where they are also not able to balance the wheels then they called there chief mechanical enginer & he sugessted that its because of that puncture resistance fulid he said it is not recommeded by maruti suzuki.what i have to do further for all this problem i faced with brand new vehicle of Maruti Suzuki to whom i have to blame

Respected Sir,
I beg to state that I Mr. A. Raja Rao faithfully customer last few years of your company. In 06-06-2006 I purchase a Wagoner Lxi model OR05-X-6030 Chassis no.: 417122 Engine No.: 4240789 Color: Carbine blue from your Sky Automobiles Pratap Nagar, N.H - 5, Dealer Cuttack, Orissa. So far on 10-08-2009 when I go for my regular servicing your True Value team and the Team leader of your company named Manoj kumar sahoo told me that if I exchange my car then they give me right value of my car and I can also take a new one. So they valued my car Rs.220000.00 and take my car key and all my original document for further step. Then I gave him my foreclose letter of my old car which finance by IndusInd Bank after settlement the amount will be the same. Then In State Bank of India RACPC Cuttack sanction the amount for my new car loan Rs.453000.00 and rest will be from onroad price I have to pay as down payment. But the problem is now when I want to purchase of my new car from your dealer company staff named Manoj kumar Sahoo decrease my valuation amount from Rs.220000.00 to Rs.190000.00 and the rest deference amount he told me I have to pay in IndusInd Bank then also I can purchase my new car. So I oppose and this type of indecent behavior complain to your higher authority for take some actions.
Ceo: Mr. Avinash Singhania, Branch Manager: Mr. Kousik ojha, Sales manager: Mr Praveen lath Asst. sales manager: Mr. Somyajeet Roy true value manager Mr. Sanjay gupta all known about my problem but I think they want to save their team so they after four month told me that I take my car and sold it outside then after I can able to get my new car. Now my question to all of them that if they don’t exchange then whey they keep my car on their premises for last four month. And if I sold my car in out side then why they give me false commitment and for this period me and my family also suffering. I think all are involve in this case so they hide the truth and cheated me like this.
There fore I request to you to Mr Kohili Area manager to see this matter for your kind consideration for dealing customer better service and support if your company not solve my problem then I have to give a statement in media and lunch a F.I.R on nearest police station and my Lawyer take legal action for this type of behavior towards to your company.
