Exclamation Interior accesories missing..!! Some replaced...!!!

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I Chetan G. Vaidya on behalf of my mother Mrs. M. G Vaidya wish to inform you that we had purchased Maruti Suzuki A-Star from AUTOMOTIVE Nagpur.

I had taken our car for accidental repair on 29-12-2009 and got it back on 9-01-2010.
I found that the ash tray which is removable sort of was missing, i noticed it when i was back at home.
I also found that the car perfume was empty but was with improper size of bottle fitted in the dispenser. i noticed while the person incharge was giving clearifying the bill. It is not a big issue for me but still as most of us trust the brand MARUTI..it was my duty to inform you regarding this matter...!!
I dont wish to blame any person....But only expect that what has happened with me should not get repeated with any other customer.

I did my 1st free servicing at AUTOMOTIVE Nagpur.(Dealer)
2 nd free sevicing at M.S Service Station, Nagpur. (Auth. Serv. Station)

I would appreciate the service done at M.S Service Station, Nagpur than taking my vehicle to AUTOMOTIVE Nagpur.

I think MARUTI SUZUKI is the name of trust ........!!

I expected ethical behaviour from MARUTI SUZUKI.....????????

One last thing, i have complained about your dealer AUTOMOTIVE (Nagpur). How safe would be my vehicle if i take it to AUTOMOTIVE for my next servicing....?????

dear sir,
I am manoj kr.singh.my car no. is DL8CNB1652( wagon r). from last 3 year i m useing this car ,and my car servicing point is krish automobile new delhi.They suspected told me that ur car front shocker is damaging,nd i have complained this to enginners of krish automobile.but they can't take any action, and now my car gurrantie is over nd they r telling me that u have to repaire ur socker with charge...i have complained more than 5 times, but at that time they r not serious abut my problem....
so plz take any action on my problem

Thumbs down Attitude of Workshop manager (Mr. Ketan Bhoot)

Dear ALL

This is to let ALL you guys know that I felt very dejected by a Maruti Suzuki Service Provider "Kiran Motors" at Chhani, Vadodara.

I am a regular customer of Maruti Suzuki. We own 3 brands of Maruti Suzuki namely, 800, Wagon R and Swift... and I regularly get my Wagon R serviced at Kiran Motors service station, Chhani Vadodara.

I went to this Maruti Authorized Service Station here in Vadodara.. and requested the Workshop Manager Mr. Ketan Bhoot for some technical information... to which he responded casually and asked me to come after 2 days... Since I was short of time, I again requested him to share me just the manuals and that I would go through ALL the manuals myself and get my information... to which he snapped and asked me not to "waste" his and his colleagues time.. This gesture literally shocked me.. and I asked myself WHY am I trusting and tolerating such idiotic tone...? I get my Wagon R serviced regularly at this service station since 2006 and what am I getting in return is this crap?

Believe me, it would have taken just 30 minutes of my time to go through those manuals and take my information...

With a feeling of dejection, I approached their sales counter and one lady helped me out and connected me to some other technical Manager.. Mr. Ashit Desai. He helped me out ultimately and I got my information through them..

I have approached others Tata Motors as well as Hyundai Motors and requested the same information to which their works managers not only gladly shared their manuals but also offered me tea.. and my job became quite easy... This is what I call customer care.. It is not that they were not busy... I even showed this to Mr. Ketan Bhoot.

But this incident has made me think. Whether I should rely on this service station? for my future services? or should I change the service station? Or should I ignore people like Mr. Ketan Bhoot and continue my relations with Mr. Ashit Desai? who has a better understanding of customer care... or just switch the company for all my future needs... including servicing...

I know that no action is going to be taken against this gentleman Mr. Bhoot by Maruti Suzuki.. but I thought I should let you ALL know that about the quality of people that work at Maruti Suzuki..

Baaki aap log samajdaar ho...

Thumbs down Steering Problem from the First Day of Purchase

Dear Mr. Pankaj Narula,

I have been struggling for last 2 months now to get my car replaced from Maruti for their worst quality product and your dealer's (Vipul Motors Pvt Ltd) pathetic service.

When I purchased the car from your dealer on Feb 20, 2009, the steering wheel was very hard and after numerous visits, numerous phone calls and numerous emails, you and your dealer replaced the faulty module after 7 months. This was because your product had manufacturing defect and your dealer was incompetent to find out that fault. During this time I had to suffer a lot because of your company and your dealer.

Then within a month after the module was replaced, steering mounted controls, horn, airbag signs & seat belt signs stopped working. Maruti took more than 40 days to arrange that faulty module. Now its more than 2 months that I have been driving this car without these features.

I am not interested in keeping this car with me anymore. I have not enjoyed this car ever since the date of its purchase. I cannot keep travelling to your dealer, writing mails to you and your dealer and calling your customer care and your dealer for resolving my car's problem.

I demand justice from you by replacing my car because I paid full money to your company for a new car not for a faulty product. Please replace this car otherwise I will never purchase your cars ever in my life. As on today, I have 4 cars of maruti, 1 of hyundai and 1 of mahindra.

Please keep in mind that if you refuse to compensate me, I will switch to some other company.
