I puchased one Ritz LDI on 22-07-2011 by exchanging my Zen estilo [true value] with MSA motors, Kurnool, Andhra pradesh. On delivary of my vehicle I found vehicle done 54 kms meter reading. After delivary of my vehicle, while i am proceeding towrds fule station to fill the fuel, the vehicle suddenly stopped and did not started for a some time. Later I towed the vehcile to the fuel filling station and fill the fuel. Later I tried for some time to strart the vehcile. After half an hour the vehicle get started. I have compalined the problem to the vehicle dealer but no one responded to my call. After two days I tried to start the vehcile and I faced same problem. Later I fittled some accessaries with local car accessaries delaer and drove the vechicle to near by town i.e., Anantapur [ 300 kms] and while returning to Kurnool the vehicle again stopped at the out skirts of the kurnool town. After struggling the vehicle got start and after entering the town again it completely stopped. I asked local MSA workshop people to assit me and after a few hours they came to the spot and towed the vehicle to servce center on 01-08-2011. I asked them to check the vehicle and get it repaired. Today i.e., 12-08-2011 I went the servicing center and found the vehicle un touched. When I asked for the explanation no body there to respond. My new vehicle was kept for two weeks in the service station and when asked the MD, MSA motors, Kurnool through the telephone his respond is so poor and reckless. Here in the kurnool we have only one Maruthi show room and we have no other option and we compell to deal with it. The show room authorities are behaving monoplic and there approach towards maruthi customers is very very poor and they are treating their customers like their bonded slaves. The entire staff in the showroom and service station are untrained and their behaviour is uncurtious and rude towards customers. This not one compalint against them, if you people conducts public poll against the MSA motors, kurnool you will receive hundrads of complaints. It is high time to initiate action aginst the MSA motors, Kurnool to protect the interests of Maruthi Udyog limited and to keep up the reputation of Maruthi. I know how much mental agony and torture I underwent all these days. No one even telophone to me about the condition of my vehcile and no one took responsibility all these days. I am the admirer of Maruthi and this is my third Maruthi vehicle. Please guide them how to behave with the customers and instruct them to change untrained staff in the showroom and service center. The Maruthi customers are losing faith on the Maruthi with the arritude of MSA motor management.
