im a customer of speed dial car helpline from last more then 1 year,on 03/07/2010 i called at his helpline number the responce was your membership has been expired & we can not provide you services, im allredy renewed my services on 10/02/2010, so howz my membership expired? im standind on K.G. Marg C.P. with my faulty car my whole family also travel with me my whole family suffer very much bcoz of that. im having the receipt of renewal with me.

plz do the needful to sortout my problem & compensate me from the company who gives us so many harresment

I am a customer of speed dial car helpline from last 2 year.

I stayed in east delhi.Yesterday I was in gurgaon with my wife in the evening for some work, suddenly the battery of my car got defussed in gurgaon highway due to some mechanical reasons. I called the helpline number and the response from helpline was that there is no car available for gurgaon in evening.

I requested them that my house is too far from gurgaon and i stuck here in gurgaon highway late in evening with my wife.

Even the persons sitting at the helpline were not picking my phones.

I left my care at roadside and somehow i managed to reach the home safely late night.

My request to all is do not waste your time and money in the speed dial helpline because when you will actually require the help, you will be ignored.

on 3/8/2011 i register a complaint in speed dial helpline for d first time since i took membership
but d person attanding me gave a shit rply and he even told me to get a mechanic from outside where u r standing i will not send u our company mechanic....
dis company is a shit and people stting there r shitting and d owner is just giving them salary to shit properly...i m not going to leave them easily
