Dear Sir,
We would like to complaint for the Car dealers of Tata Mototrs ( Sanya Automobiles Pvt Ltd. showroom-cum-Workshop > B-227, Okhla Phase -1 New Delhi > 011 40639999. We had purchased TATA SAFARI DICOR on 05/ 08/09 the power window for front right and left was not working, they confirmed that this will be replaced when we will take the car on first service, the car was taken for several services but till date the above problem was not resolved .. We made written complaint to the Manager then they asked to get the car on 09/June/10 the car was with them till today 14/06/10 and today after several follow ups the above complaint was acknowledged, but when we went to take the delivery the front glass was damaged, we asked them to replace the front glass but they are pressurizing us use the Car insurance. We are not ready to use the insurance as the above damage is done inside the service station and the car is still inside the station > no such damage was mentioned on the job card when the car was sent for service. I purchased a tata Sumo Grande from Sanya mator in 2008, till date i am not satisfied with their service , refer my previous complain i made during delivery of the car , now i am lots complain with them with service of the car , the sumo most of the parts are unavailable with them, the air conditioning does not work , the shoker of the back wheel has lost one part still they could not supply me with any spare part to replace it , which is dengerous to drive, though they charge me Rs 28000 to service my car 15 days back to fix my car, i donot know what is inculded in the extended warrenty what is not what they charge i also donot know . i want to know what what mistake i did to purchase a 8 lac car , poor performance in hilly road though this type of car should travel well in the hill , which is the worst car to travel in hill.I want to know when this can be rectified and who is going to contact me, i think the service center sanya motors is a thief only make money no service. i will take this car on thursday i.e. on 24th june to hill if anything happen to this car and us i will take legal action against both sanya and tata motors

I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT MY INDIGO CS CAR BEARING THE REGN NO. WB 06B 7589 WAS HANDED OVER TO MR. ABHRO (9830376400) , A REPRESENTATIVE OF LEXUS MOTORS, KOLKATA ON THURSDAY ( 24/06/10). THE CAR WENT FOR FREE SERVICING AND REPLACEMENT OF THE FRONT WINDSCREEN WHICH GOT DAMAGED ( INSURANCE CLAIM ) ALONG WITH A DENT IN THE BONNET.
I WAS INFORMED OVER THE PHONE THAT I WILL GET THE CAR BACK ON 26/06/10 BUT TILL NOW ( 28TH JUNE ), AM YET TO GET MY CAR. MY REPRESENTATIVE WENT TO THEIR WORKSHOP ON THE 28/06/10 AND FOUND THAT NEITHER THE BONNET DENT WAS REPAIRED NOR THE FRONT GLASS WAS REPLACED. SINCE THE WORKSHOP IS FAR FROM MY PLACE AND AS I PERSONALLY COULD NOT VISIT THE WORKSHOP, SO I WAS KEPT IN THE DARK BY THE REPRESENTATIVES OF LEXUS MOTORS. THEY KEPT ON LYING TO ME. I HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHEN I WILL GET THE CAR BACK. IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE THAT IS EXPECTED FROM A BRAND NAME LIKE TATA MOTORS???? I HAVE HAD A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE WITH TATA ( LEXUS MOTORS ) AND I DONT WISH TO EVER BUY A CAR FROM YOUR SO CALLED PRESTIGIOUS ORGANIZATION. I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT MY TATA INDIGO LX CAR BEARING THE REGISTRATION NO. PB 10 BG 0306 WAS HANDED OVER TO SUPERVISOR MR. JAGPAL IN GARYSON MOTORS. ON 13.07.2010 TUESDAY.
AS MY CAR WAS GONE FOR SERVICE AND AC CHECKUP. THEY COMMITEED THAT I WILL BE HANDED OVER MY CAR ON 15.07.2010. AS THE GARYSON MOTORS IS FAR AWAY FROM MY HOUSE BUT THEN ALSO I VISIT REGULARLY TO AGENCY FOR CHECKING MY CAR. IN THE END THEY GIVE A WRONG COMMITTMENT TO ME AND HANDED OVER MY CAR AFTER 06 DAYS AND INSPITE OF THIS WHEN I RECEIVED MY CAR AFTER THERE FINAL CHECK UP THE INTERIOR FRONT AC PANEL AND DASHBOARD OF MY CAR HAS BEEN TOTALLY DAMAGED BY THE COMPANY AND ALSO THEY HAVE COMPLETELY SPOILED MY CARS PAINT AS MY CAR WAS ALSO GONE FOR PAINT TO GARYSON MOTORS. My Name is Sumit Sehgal , my location is Ludhiana. this is bring to your kind notice that on dated 9 Aug i have given my car for repair under insuranace cover to your ludhiana service station based at Sherpur chownk nera Garyson Motores. And Mr. Jatinder employee of service station has ensured me to back my car on 12 Aug after complete his Job. But it is not happen, I called to Mr. Jatinder on 12th & enquire about my car as per my car was not ready and it was delayed due to insurance company verfication. And ensured me that my car will ready till 14th Aug. i said ok... on 14th i send my brother to pick -up but surprisingly knowing that my car was till date untouched, my enquire from Mr Jatinder but Mr. Jatinder left from the place without revert anyhting & forward my brother query to Mr Sandeep. Mr. Sandeep again start building his castle in the air & again blame to insurnace company... Incidently insurance agent was present at service station and my brother enquire from him for the delay... as per discussion with insurance person he received verfication request on 13th Aug & he has done his job on 14th Aug.... It is showing that delay happen from Tata service station hand... We still accepted & again discuss about delivery..again Mr. Sandeep & Bunty given us the commitment to give the delivery on 16th ... we have not discuss this matter on 16th And give one more day to service station but today on 17th august my brother called to Mr.Jatinder at 4:00 pm and he told to call back after checking the status... till 5:30 pm my brother was waiting for Mr. Jatinder's call & when he tried Mr. Jatinder's no again than Mr. Jatidner disconnected the call & switched off his mobile.... Then My brother got tensed & went to service station he found that Mr. Jatinder was not present there & no body was treating to my brother query.... I just want understand one thing that Is this called the service commitment you are doing with clients... How can you pay to this kind of employee who are not justfying his/her job... Request you to kindly take my complaint further & give me the justice... And make sure to take care of mycar so that no one can hammper or replace any part after this complaint.... I have some question regarding your 24x7 assistance. Plz give me answers of followings:- a)My car breakdowan in the way to meerut in ghaziabad,very near to delhi,I called up your customer care immediately then whats the reason to reach your assistance in more than 1.5 hrs while I was with my family b)Your executive came to me without scanner,laptop or high-tech tools just like a roadside mechanic,Is this sufficient to rectify the issues with a single mechanic to TATA SAFARI DICOR 2.2 vtt?Even I was not able to side my car from camber of the road. c)Your customer care executive Mr.Ashish(no.-+912066495800) talked to me very roughly on this matter.Why? d) Assistance executive who came to me and surrender to rectify the problems and your customer care executive suggested me to toe the car to authorised service station,when I asked for the safety of my car from scratches n damages during toeing (as whole road dug up for road construction n repair 4 preparation of CWG) process then he told me to change the items which will break during toeing under insurance.Is this right to handover my car for breaking just because of its insurence? e)Who will pay 4 the inconvenience n much trouble for me n my family. f)What will be happen n who will be responsible for my car who still on roadside in a strange area? g)Why your executive did not call me still for help? h)Why your customer care n helpline no are not updated on the cutomer manual/service book? This Mohd Shah Faisal, one of the proud owner of Tata Safari Decor, purchased from SRM Motors Lucknow. I hereby would like to file a complaint against the dealer (SRM Motors) as they have misbehaved with me when i reach them for my vehicle's first service. They mischievously diagnosed so many problems in the vehicle and advised me to change n replace so many parts then they changed the parts without my permission n charged me for that. when i objected to pay they tried to threaten me n then started bargaining with me which kept me in complete shock. so just wanted to notify your respected firm to take care of such things because it's causing a real damage to your reputed company as well as a real horror n cheating for the customers. Please take proper actions to make such immoral n mischievous behaviors. Hope to see positive changes in future

I have purchased a Tata Indica car Chassis (MAT600149AWK 47504) from Dealer Kraft Motors Pvt. Ltd.(Bkaro steel city sec-4.) I BOUGHT THE CAR IN 22 Jan SINCE THEN IM FACING PROBLEMS. After 7 days SUDDENLY CAR IS FACING PROBLEMS SUCH AS SUSPENSION /AC PROBLEM/AND OTHER PROBLEMS....after complaining the workshop change the ac compresser after 1 months there was a same problem in AC that time he kept my car 13 days.after . then there was problem of pick up then he kept the car again second time there was problem in ac compressor they change the compressor.then again there was a problem in pump(Deisel). Then there was problem in alternator they change the altenetor. Again after ten days there was problem of regular mobile leaques from the engine,they repair the car but the problem remain same twice they repair but the problem remain same and finally head of the engine is open. There is problem in whole body, there is 3cm gap between the all four door closed area,I have already registered complain against the Kraft auto in the call centre where my problem is not sortout why my complain nowhich is provided by your CSR is 1-14193141872 I talk to mr. piyush he told me that we will look after your problem whitin 48 hours, Sir I am a small businessman of low capital I took this car for the business purpose.i am having a problemand hyper tention feel cheated from tata. I have purchased one tata indica Vista car in jan 2011. for this car 3rd service was done by the MANAKULAR MOTOR in KARAIKAL ON 21.11.2011 they are washed without soap oil and minimum reqirement tools because inside car fully of dirty &spiders nest . After cheaking of wheel balanceing they donot have any WHEEL TAG.After washing they don't have any welcome paper( which laid in the footpath) these are the things only we know about my car other than all the things are inside the engine portion outlook may done this level means I THINK THAT THERE IS NOT SEVEICE CENTER there are making money and cheating the customers only . as on date there are given computerised bill also. IS IT AUTHORISED TATA SERVICE CENTER or cheating center.please be enquire and necessary reply . After serviceing I made photo if you need I will send it to your kind persural. I think that the service center is not made up any trained or qualified person |

Dear Sir,
I am an owner of TATA indica vista quadrajet. The car'oil sump had been damaged and it was leaking oil. Took the car to HIM motors Peeragarhi for repairs. The car was running fine when it was delivered. The advisor, took the car,opened the job card for the same, ,estimated cost by him was Rs.2500 The next day he told us that the oil pump seems to be damaged so needs to be replaced, costed around Rs 9300. The new estimate given was Rs 16000. The next day, they called us up to deliver the car,they had already test driven the car and had given an okay report. When we went for taking the delivery of the same, we insisted on test drive, withing 50 mtrs or so.The car started stopping. Immediately took the car back in. The next day, they reported saying that the engine has seized. This is not acceptable. The car was running fine before turning in the car for repairs. After the work done on the car, and test drive of the same and giving an ok report by Him motors peeragarhi. We found a snag in the car, we went to the advisor,he told that it might have been missed because test drive was only for 5 kms or so. We checked up the car by turning it on and found it had been test driven for 24 Kms. Took a pic of the same. There has been fault at Him motors peeragarhis service centre in fitment/repairs of the items, and now the engine has seized. They are now, telling us that we will have to bear the cost of the engine which will cost us RS 80000 more. Please advice what can be done in this case. This is sheer irresponsibilty/mishandling on HIM motors part. They are lying and making excuses for the same one after another.It is not acceptable at all. Regards Sulabh 9811475453 22/Jan/2011 |
