Dear Sir,
We would like to complaint for the Car dealers of Tata Mototrs ( Sanya Automobiles Pvt Ltd. showroom-cum-Workshop > B-227, Okhla Phase -1 New Delhi > 011 40639999.
We had purchased TATA SAFARI DICOR on 05/ 08/09 the power window for front right and left was not working, they confirmed that this will be replaced when we will take the car on first service, the car was taken for several services but till date the above problem was not resolved ..
We made written complaint to the Manager then they asked to get the car on 09/June/10 the car was with them till today 14/06/10 and today after several follow ups the above complaint was acknowledged, but when we went to take the delivery the front glass was damaged, we asked them to replace the front glass but they are pressurizing us use the Car insurance.
We are not ready to use the insurance as the above damage is done inside the service station and the car is still inside the station > no such damage was mentioned on the job card when the car was sent for service.
Please look into the matter and help us in getting the justice.
