I went to buy Ford Fiesta limited edition in the last week of June from Bhagat Ford , Ludhiana, Punjab .
I was ensured that it will be be delivered but after I got my loan passed from SBI and went to take possession of the car I was told that Limited edition has been sold out and the company will never launch it again. I told them that I only wanted Diesel Feista but then somehow they mastered in dealing and give me FIGO . Now since again I saw Adv. for limited edition today ( 13th july ) in leading newspaper. Kindly speak to them why they did so, I am still willing to buy Feista Limited edition Red color kindly help me , I just brought figo last wek and covered only 90 Km. Mr Devinder Singh At BHAGAT FORD Ludhiana was dealing with my case. THIS IS SOS KINDLY HELP. Kindly advice regarding going to Consumer court

sales staff at amritsar showroom is very poor especially Mr. Gurpal singh.I went to showroom 3-4 times for buying ford figo but gurpal singh always neglected me by saying "just wait for 10 mins" after half n hour same reply was there by him
