Please see below complaint which i have raised with Maruti and there is no response what so ever, please help me!
Subject: Complaint regarding Maruti Ritz VDI, Model Nov’2009 RPM Over High

Dear Sir,
This is my painful duty to inform you that I am one of your millions customers who had a faith in your company to buy the above car and the experience so far is not THAT GREAT.
I used to refer my friends and family just like any other customer to go for Maruti Car instead of any other make, just because of your company’s reliability. I am your customer since 2002 and have bought 3 cars from you (Maruti 800 in 2000, Maruti Wagon R-2005 n now Maruti Ritz-2009). However, I was surprised and dishearten with the way my complaint was dealt with this authorized dealer. I would urge you to resolve this complaint as soon as possible for reinstating my faith in your company.
I would like to bring your kind attention to the below complaint which I obviously raised with one of your Authorized Dealer (Magic Auto, Moti Nagar):
• I visited Magic Auto on 11th May’2011 with a complaint regarding the RPM Over high
• I was 100% sure that my small issue would be resolved within few hours and unfortunately it was not.
• I waited 14 DAYS to get this issue resolved; however, it was really difficulty for the engineers there in Magic Auto to identify the issue with my car.
• I was disappointed to see that none of the Engineers in Magic Auto can deal with my problem effectively and to the contrary that did not raise this with Maruti itself to get this resolved.
• They simply advised me to visit Motinager workshop as they were struggling to get the right equipment to resolve this issue. Thus, I visited Moinagar workshop and met Mr. Surinder Singh, Works Manager and it was a kind of harassment for me that because of his incompetency to resolve this issue. He literally advised me to take my car as he could not resolve this issue. He advised me that they cannot do anything to get my car fixed. It was very disheartening to converse this issue with Mr. Surinder Singh and it was UN beliveliable to listen that even Martui can’t do anything with this issue.
• Few words from Mr. Surinder Singh; He was very rude and advised us to take our car with no assurance to get it fixed.
Please be advised that I am not at all satisfied with the way my complaint was dealt and here is my humble request to take care of this issue. I don’t want to take this issue further (Consumer Court or approaching media) for a negative feedback towards your company or your authorized dealer. I suffered a lot already and I want you to compensate this harassment in terms of resolving this problem.
This is just the beginning and I would want you to end this after this email. Otherwise, you will not leave me with any other option to take this issue further.
I am now advised to take my car to one of your Maruti Workshop, Naraina. I want that this issue to be addressed with utmost urgency.
