I MRS SONU V R SHARMA OWNER OF CAR NO MH 03 AR 9214 MODEL VISTA (TERA) PURCHASED ON 14TH OF JANUARY 2010.

THERE IS FREQUENT PROBLEM GOING ON WITH MY CAR VISTA IN 10 MONTHS.IF THIS IS THE RESULT OF NEW VEHICLE SO IT’S BETTER TO GO FOR USED CARS.
1) 1ST SERVICE GEAR JAM PROBLEM IN 10000KM
2)2ND SERVICE GEAR SLIPPING FROM 4TH TO NUT REL AC PROBLEM 20000 KM (TOOK 2 DAYS)
3)3RD SERVICE GEAR PUSHING VERY HARD SLIPPING FOR 4TH TO NUT REL,TURBO CEASED,CHANGED INTER COOLER ,SUSPENSION,(TOOK 15 DAYS)27000KM
4) GEAR JAMED ON ROAD CALLED HELP LINE & BROUGHT TO WORK SHOP28000KM
5) VISTA IS AGAIN AT WASAN WORKSHOP SINCE 29 OCT 2010 TILL TODAY NO RESULTS. AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM OF TURBO CEASED IS REPEATED FOR SECOND TIME NOW WHO IS RESPONSIABLE FOR IT
IF THESE ARE THE PROBLEM WITH NEW VEHICLE IN DURATION OF 10 MONTH & 34000KM I THINK I SHOULD GO TO CONSUMER COURT OR MEDIA.
I SONU SHARMA WANTS A COMPENSATION OF RS5000/= PER DAY (FOR THE DAYS KEPT IN WASSAN) OR REPLACEMENT OF CAR
