Yesterday i called up Crossroad and logged complaint regarding my vehicle but they were not able to deliver their service after waiting for above 1 hr and my father had to board taxi for going to Jaipur which cost him Rs.3500/-. Today same thing happened again and after waiting for their service for 1hr 30 mins I ma logging complaint against them. Please take neccessary action and try to refund my amount of taxi from Crossroad. My details is as under:-

Crossroad never provide service within 20-30 mins as they claim to be. I have tried their services multiple times in past. Once i waited for more than 2 hrs and no one turned up. Second time the engineer came after 50 mins.

Today they refused to provide any service as their database shows my membership is expired. It is Crossroad mistake who did not update my records on time for which i had to pay by missing an urgent meeting. I got my membership renewed on time. Their executive while renewing my service did not give me any new card number and told me that my old number will be renewed.

Crossroad provide highly disappointed service and i need membership charges refund.
