I bought an Innova Toyota Nov-2008.

I travel a lot approx.5000kms a month

My car windscreen developed some unexplained circular images whenever there was mist formation on the screen.
After repeatedly sending the car to Shinrai Toyota they could not figure out the problem,
After calling their service manager Mr. Rana they tested the car in the night and mist where the problem was acknowledged.finally (but in vain)
I was first told that it was due to the sun control film(there was no sun control film ever fixed on the windscreen)
Then told that it was due to the wipers.
Then told it is due to the Air conditioner.
Then told me because of sap from some tree where i park

I then rang up Toyota Customer Care Bangalore.
spoke to too many people to remember.
One fine day got a call from Mr.madhusudan
Tried to resolve the problem,asked Mr. Rana to personally look into the matter.
who latter told me that the problem has been solved
glass had been cleaned by a solution and you wont find the marks on the car .
I tried in a few days the marks had dissapeared but
the glass had become very hazy and had a lot of scratch marks.
I asked him about the solution used but realizing the error and after the problem had been aggravated. he told me it was the regular windscreen wiper solution.
I asked him that the solution was always present in the car and had been used for more than a thousand times than how come there was no sign of it earlier.
which he replied that it was the customers fault and the scratches were due to my cleaning of the car windscreen.
All further efforts with Customer Care have been futile and i have been left isolated by the company.
