Dear Sir,
I bought An ALTO LX bearing numbaers UP-81 A/C 1014 last year from M/S Dev Motors, Aligarh, Third service was due so i took my vehicle for the same to M/S Dev Motors on 15/08/10 at aound 10.AM, And orally i was informed that my vehicle will servieced in next hours. Accordingly i waited in the waiting room. When after two hours i came to take vehicle. i was shocked to see that my vehicle was parked there unattended. In this regard I connected to manager Mr. santosh, he has not responded me well and told very roudly that you vehicle will be ready in next two hours and I was standing there helplessly. This way I felt insulted which i donot expect from atleast Maruti Family. I request you please look into matter and inform at following address and Phone numbers.
