I shree Milan kumar Bhowmik ,have purchased Fiat Palio Style SLE from TATA MOTORS, National Garage ,Supela, Bhilai(Chattisgarh) which is now known as
“Sai Ram Motors”.The delivery was done at Bhilai Show room on 17/12/07. Sales invoice is dated on 22/12/2007 and Invoice No. - NationG-0708-00833 Order No. -SC.NationG-0708-00974 Transaction No.- MILAN BHOWMIK # 1 Product code- F1171H6E089A4B621-171H6E051-PALIO 5 ENGINE NO. -3725397 CHASIS NO. -178H6E8065925ESZ COLOUR –MAGNESIUM BLACK REGISTRATION NO. - CG07M4340 I have purchased this car from National Garage, Supela, Bhilai which is now "Sai Ram Motors". “Sai Ram Motors” a dealer of TATA Motors, is selling Fiat Cars along with TATA vehicles and but not giving services nor its providing any spare parts to its customers. I went their in need of some spare parts like external light command lever which is not working and Plastic Net where Fog Lamp is fixed. But I was told that they cannot provide services and any spar parts of FIAT cars. On my request to the works Manager to Liaison with National Garage, Raipur (Another Dealer Of TATA Motors and Fiat Car seller) or with corporate office of TATA Motors and arrange for the spare parts, They argued me to “go to National Garage, Raipur directly and get your problem solved and they cannot help me”. As I stated earlier that I have purchased the car from This showroom itself which was earlier known as National Garage and now since their name changed to “ Sai Ram Motors”, they are denying to take the responsibility of giving services to me and rudely behaving with me. Works Manager is arguing that “you have bought the car from National Garage and not from Sai Ram Motors”. Although Sai Ram Motors is selling all Fiat Cars and Its enjoying the benefit of FIAT Logo in their showroom also. At the time of getting the car sold to me, it was assured me that I will not suffer any problem in getting the spare parts and servicing of car, as everything is available and it will be serviced at Bhilai itself. However when I purchased the car i saw just opposite scenario. Invoice was made from National Garage, Raipur instead of National Garage, Bhilai. Car was delivered to me on 17/12/2007. And I have made the payment also. I got the invoice later on with Bill date 22/12/2007. So on papers it is National Garage, Raipur and not Sai Ram Motors. At the time of delivery, car was having one default problem that its “die shaft” was damaged and was making noise while turning. Then why the car was sold to me without checking? I could not make out the same at that time as I was new to any car and did not know to drive any four wheelers. Later on I got it replaced on the basis of extended warranty from National Garage , Raipur. I am just trying to highlight how customers are misguided over here at Bhilai Dealer point (Sai Ram Motors). This is ruining the image of FIAT Cars and nothing else and hence its loosing its market share nor its gaining anything. People say “Fiat tho market pe chala hi nai” or they question “why you have purchased Fiat”. I met up with an accident recently where my front bumper and headlight was damaged and I lost the plastic net cover where fog lamp is fixed. I managed to get the bumper and head light in a retail shop at cost 13000/- in total as its not available at dealer point. I got my car repaired from a local mechanic which cost me 7000/- more overall. However rest is still not repaired. My Car was at Rajnandgaon (30 kms from Bhilai) and Dealer don’t provide any facility to carry the car to their dealer point, Bhilai or Raipur. If Bhilai dealer point would have been ready to give the services then I would have got it repaired it their itself at a much lower cost. Just think why would public of India would buy FIAT Cars , when dealers itself are creating so much troubles instead of troubleshooting , then tell me what about the company or manufacturer. I am suffering like anything because I have purchased a Fiat Car or because Dealers are not providing services , spare parts and there is no sign of so called customer support ? If voice is reached to any right person, then please wake up and help us ( i.e. your FIAT customers in non metro cities) getting services. Please solve my problem and indoctrinate dealers and their personnel to serve their FIAT customers also along with TATA customers without being biased and partial. |
