Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Capt S S Negi and I had bought a Santro GLS from the above showroom on 10 oct 2010 through CSD quota. I had paid the showroom all the charges on the same day. Till the time I was in the process of buying the car from the showroom their services were excellent, and I was really taken care off well by the showroom people.
The showroom sales manager had asked me if I wanted to get the registration done through them or otherwise and since I was posted too far I okayed it. I paid him in cash Rs.9650 vide their cash recipt no 2010-11/Cash/619 dated 10 oct 2010.

Now it has been almost three months since then that I have not received any call or intimation from their side regarding my vehicle's registration part because of which I am facing a lot of problems and also my cash amount has also got stuck with them.

Whenever I try to reach them they are never available and whenever they are available and say that they will check and call back they never do so.

I am really very disappointed because of the above and fell being cheated upon and hence you are requested to help me out in the above.
