I have booked the I-10 Hyundai car in Eros Hyundai,Ghat
road Nagpur in month of May-2010.The purpose of purchasing the car was that I wanted to gift it on my daughter's wedding,but due to some unavoidable personal reasons I had to cancel my booking of the car for which I had paid Rs. 11,000/- .According to terms and conditions as per laid in order form the dealer should refund after deducting the Rs.5000/- .

But they are denying to refund the booking amount.I request you to lodged my complaint against the dealer
and look in to the matter as soon as possible.
