Sir, I am Alok Badwaik from Nagpur. I had booked Hyundai i10 Magna by paying Rs. 5000 from Eros Hyundai, Nagpur. I didn't submit any document and the lady over there told me that the Rs.5000 amount is refundable. Now because of some personal reasons I am not able to buy the car but when I went there to collect my money the dealer simply refused to pay it. Please help me to get my money.
