I have chosen HDFC bank for my car finance. My bank A/c no is 00031050573458 & loan account no is 15912918. At the time of finance the executive Mr. Sunil didn’t told me that the car is financing through DSA. When I went for delivery I got to know it’s through DSA not directly from Dealer. I have taken the ledger of my account. In that I get to know there is excess of Rs 3215 /- with the dealer & Rs 3200 is deducted from my loan amount as financing charge apart from processing fee.. But on behalf of me he has collected the amount and not bother to return the same. He is not ready to pick the phone and told us do whatever you can I am not going to pay the excess amount. He didn’t give any service to me not even at the time of deliver. Because of that we have to suffer a lot.

I have complaint to customer care also. But they are not ready to give any solution and told me to write.

My kind request to you that please look into the matter and get the things done.

I have write to HDFC Bank at last for not getting any response . I received the call from bank also. Mr sachin is coordinating with me from last one month but not gave any solution till date. Mr Deepak -9990591441 - is the person who is responsable for giving the amount. He confirmed me on last staurday 29th May 2010.saying that he has submited the cheque in my account . I confirmed the same from HDFC Customer care. They confirmed me till date no cheque has been deposited in my account and gave me complaint no DEL223993. and again saying wait for seven day the they will confirm.

Its already 6 months. and i am so frustrated and running here & there but not getting any solution . Please help me out. I will be great full.

We checked and found that the excess payment has been refunded to your account on 04/06/2010 through cheque bearing number 3**08.
