Since the day i have bought the car, i am having really bad experiances with after sales service and customer service. Its been 4 months now and in these 4 months my car is always at the workshop and they keep it for 15 to 20 days and the problem is still there and again and agian they take it back to the workshop. I am totally mad and there is no one in the system to solve your problem. I would sugguest that please do not buy Fiat Punto diesel or any fiat car. Its a nightmare.
