Kindly go through the complete mail the number of times that i have tried to sort these issues (might not be in the ascending or descending order but have been fighting for this since June)

Would like to know how soon will this be resolved. My wife has just had a cesarean operation and currently she has to go through the physical and mental harasment of travelling by auto, taxi etc Over and above that we are spending extra money on traveling Even though we have supposedly the best hatchback in this segment.
Latest Update : From tata motors says the car is fixed and they haven't heard of any body getting a replacement. They have heard of defective parts being replaced but not cars being replaced.
So if my wife or child Loses a body part due to an accident then would you replace it. May be Fiat as a company can take a risk like that with their coustomers life because they have already got their money.

I dont want to wait for an accident to happen to find out that there are more defective parts in the car

So since you cant replace my defective car then refund the money










Unfotunately the regret is not worth 7lakhs replace this car there is nothing in this car Which hasn't broken down Give me a specific time when we can expect the new car. Can't risk my wife driving the same car again don't know what else will break down

Regret buying a Fiat. My husband bought me the exotica red Punto almost a year back. Since that day we have been riddled with problems and today when I need it the most, it is lying in the workshop for all the silly reasons.



Why I need it most is because I have just had a baby and undergone an operation for the same. Today even after spending almost seven and a half lakhs on the car, what I have is a useless piece of junk. My husband was an ardent Fiat fan. He considered it to be a performer – a very sturdy car. But after this experience, it has turned out to be the most pathetic car I have ever seen. I had a Wagon R before this which was bought for almost half the cost and I used it for about 5 yrs without a single major issue. Here is a list of problems that makes me hate Fiat and its service.



1. The buttons on the dashboard were broken on day 1

2. The seat height adjustment had a problem. After setting the height it used to slip back into the lowest position.

3. There was black smoke coming even at 10000 rpm and the servicing guys said its normal for diesel cars.

4. The cigarette lighter conked off twice

5. The AC cooling auto shut off, the thermostat wasn’t working but the servicing guys never agreed.

6. The height adjuster handle of the driver’s seat broke

7. The wheel alignment started having issues even after service

8. Water was continuously leaking from the AC to the floor of the car

9. The oil lamp used to turn-on on its own even though the oil levels were normal

10. After a year Fiat tells me that the Goodyear wheel belt has an issue and its defective - even Goodyear confirmed that - but I had to pay for getting new tyres. if it was defective why did it take almost a year to notice it. Or you recommend that we buy tyre separately when we buy a Fiat???

11. Clutch cylinders failed completely and the car broke down in the 11th month of buying a brand new car. The car had to be towed to the service center(imagine I was 8 months pregnant then)

12. The gear box used to get stuck in the 3rd gear so the clutch had to be replaced again

13. The AC started malfunctioning - it would automatically go to high mode on hitting a speed breaker.

14. The LATEST >> The wheel alignment has again gone for a toss

15. The AC compressor has conked off and needs to be replaced



And all this in Just a year…what more is left to come???????



I want my car replaced with another car. I don’t want a Punto anymore. I don’t want a car that stays with the service engineers more than with me. If you can’t get this done then give me back my money. This is something I never expected from the Makers of Ferrari.



Would like to know how soon will this be resolved. My wife has just had a cesarean operation and currently she has to go through the physical and mental harasment of travelling by auto, taxi etc Over and above that we are spending extra money on traveling. Even though we have supposedly the best hatchback in this segment.

Regret buying a Fiat. My husband bought me the exotica red Punto almost a year back. Since that day we have been riddled with problems and today when I need it the most, it is lying in the workshop for all the silly reasons.



Why I need it most is because I have just had a baby and undergone an operation for the same. Today even after spending almost seven and a half lakhs on the car, what I have is a useless piece of junk. My husband was an ardent Fiat fan. He considered it to be a performer – a very sturdy car. But after this experience, it has turned out to be the most pathetic car I have ever seen. I had a Wagon R before this which was bought for almost half the cost and I used it for about 5 yrs without a single major issue. Here is a list of problems that makes me hate Fiat and its service.



1. The buttons on the dashboard were broken on day 1

2. The seat height adjustment had a problem. After setting the height it used to slip back into the lowest position.

3. There was black smoke coming even at 10000 rpm and the servicing guys said its normal for diesel cars.

4. The cigarette lighter conked off twice

5. The AC cooling auto shut off, the thermostat wasn’t working but the servicing guys never agreed.

6. The height adjuster handle of the driver’s seat broke

7. The wheel alignment started having issues even after service

8. Water was continuously leaking from the AC to the floor of the car

9. The oil lamp used to turn-on on its own even though the oil levels were normal

10. After a year Fiat tells me that the Goodyear wheel belt has an issue and its defective - even Goodyear confirmed that - but I had to pay for getting new tyres. if it was defective why did it take almost a year to notice it. Or you recommend that we buy tyre separately when we buy a Fiat???

11. Clutch cylinders failed completely and the car broke down in the 11th month of buying a brand new car. The car had to be towed to the service center(imagine I was 8 months pregnant then)

12. The gear box used to get stuck in the 3rd gear so the clutch had to be replaced again

13. The AC started malfunctioning - it would automatically go to high mode on hitting a speed breaker.

14. The LATEST >> The wheel alignment has again gone for a toss

15. The AC compressor has conked off and needs to be replaced



And all this in Just a year…what more is left to come???????



I want my car replaced with another car. I don’t want a Punto anymore. I don’t want a car that stays with the service engineers more than with me. If you can’t get this done then give me back my money. This is something I never expected from the Makers of Ferrari.



Would like to know how soon will this be resolved. My wife has just had a cesarean operation and currently she has to go through the physical and mental harasment of travelling by auto, taxi etc Over and above that we are spending extra money on traveling. Even though we have supposedly the best hatchback in this segment.

Regret buying a Fiat. My husband bought me the exotica red Punto almost a year back. Since that day we have been riddled with problems and today when I need it the most, it is lying in the workshop for all the silly reasons.



Why I need it most is because I have just had a baby and undergone an operation for the same. Today even after spending almost seven and a half lakhs on the car, what I have is a useless piece of junk. My husband was an ardent Fiat fan. He considered it to be a performer – a very sturdy car. But after this experience, it has turned out to be the most pathetic car I have ever seen. I had a Wagon R before this which was bought for almost half the cost and I used it for about 5 yrs without a single major issue. Here is a list of problems that makes me hate Fiat and its service.



1. The buttons on the dashboard were broken on day 1

2. The seat height adjustment had a problem. After setting the height it used to slip back into the lowest position.

3. There was black smoke coming even at 10000 rpm and the servicing guys said its normal for diesel cars.

4. The cigarette lighter conked off twice

5. The AC cooling auto shut off, the thermostat wasn’t working but the servicing guys never agreed.

6. The height adjuster handle of the driver’s seat broke

7. The wheel alignment started having issues even after service

8. Water was continuously leaking from the AC to the floor of the car

9. The oil lamp used to turn-on on its own even though the oil levels were normal

10. After a year Fiat tells me that the Goodyear wheel belt has an issue and its defective - even Goodyear confirmed that - but I had to pay for getting new tyres. if it was defective why did it take almost a year to notice it. Or you recommend that we buy tyre separately when we buy a Fiat???

11. Clutch cylinders failed completely and the car broke down in the 11th month of buying a brand new car. The car had to be towed to the service center(imagine I was 8 months pregnant then)

12. The gear box used to get stuck in the 3rd gear so the clutch had to be replaced again

13. The AC started malfunctioning - it would automatically go to high mode on hitting a speed breaker.

14. The LATEST >> The wheel alignment has again gone for a toss

15. The AC compressor has conked off and needs to be replaced



And all this in Just a year…what more is left to come???????



I want my car replaced with another car. I don’t want a Punto anymore. I don’t want a car that stays with the service engineers more than with me. If you can’t get this done then give me back my money. This is something I never expected from the Makers of Ferrari.



Would like to know how soon will this be resolved. My wife has just had a cesarean operation and currently she has to go through the physical and mental harasment of travelling by auto, taxi etc Over and above that we are spending extra money on traveling. Even though we have supposedly the best hatchback in this segment.

As per the talk we had on the phone, this mail is to inform that we have checked the concerns you had mentioned and after checking the vehicle again at our place we have found the following

1. There was no major deviation from the standard setting of the wheel alignment and the vehicle was moving in a right way. In case you felt a gradual pull towards the right it could have been due to variations in road conditions. Nevertheless we have reset the reading again for your confidence.

2. The Ac cooling was fine and there was no leakage of water found in the cabin.

3. The noise from the rear was from the parcel tray which was due to the speakers that have been fitted in it and hence there is nothing much we can do on that.

4. The slight noise from the left front was found to be coming in from the seat belt assy within the pillar and has been rectified.



The vehicle was kept under observation for two days just to check on all these parameters due to the service request being repeat in nature



We would request you to come and take a joint trial with us at the dealership since it would help in showing you the readings of the alignment and also explaining to you the jobs we have done in it.



Please let us know of the time so that we could keep most of the paper work ready and also one of our diagnostic expert to come with you for the trial.

My complain 1-10568042321 has been closed without my knowledge but the issues in the car are still pending

WILL FIAT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OF SAFETY OF MY FAMILIES SAFETY Or rather CAN fiat take that responsibility

CURRENT ISSUES

It still has an alignment issue

It still has an ac issue

Now there is noise in the front suspension

And lastly there is noise in the rear suspension

Regret buying a Fiat. My husband bought me the exotica red Punto almost a year back. Since that day we have been riddled with problems and today when I need it the most, it is lying in the workshop for all the silly reasons.



Why I need it most is because I have just had a baby and undergone an operation for the same. Today even after spending almost seven and a half lakhs on the car, what I have is a useless piece of junk. My husband was an ardent Fiat fan. He considered it to be a performer – a very sturdy car. But after this experience, it has turned out to be the most pathetic car I have ever seen. I had a Wagon R before this which was bought for almost half the cost and I used it for about 5 yrs without a single major issue. Here is a list of problems that makes me hate Fiat and its service.



1. The buttons on the dashboard were broken on day 1

2. The seat height adjustment had a problem. After setting the height it used to slip back into the lowest position.

3. There was black smoke coming even at 1000 rpm and the servicing guys said its normal for diesel cars.

4. The cigarette lighter conked off twice

5. The AC cooling auto shut off, the thermostat wasn’t working but the servicing guys never agreed.

6. The height adjuster handle of the driver’s seat broke

7. The wheel alignment started having issues even after service

8. Water was continuously leaking from the AC to the floor of the car

9. The oil lamp used to turn-on on its own even though the oil levels were normal

10. After a year Fiat tells me that the Goodyear wheel belt has an issue and its defective - even Goodyear confirmed that - but I had to pay for getting new tyres. if it was defective why did it take almost a year to notice it. Or you recommend that we buy tyre separately when we buy a Fiat???

11. Clutch cylinders failed completely and the car broke down in the 11th month of buying a brand new car. The car had to be towed to the service center(imagine I was 8 months pregnant then)

12. The gear box used to get stuck in the 3rd gear so the clutch had to be replaced again

13. The AC started malfunctioning - it would automatically go to high mode on hitting a speed breaker.

14. The LATEST >> The wheel alignment has again gone for a toss

15. The AC compressor has conked off and needs to be replaced



And all this in Just a year…what more is left to come???????



I want my car replaced with another car. I don’t want a Punto anymore. I don’t want a car that stays with the service engineers more than with me. If you can’t get this done then give me back my money. This is something I never expected from the Makers of Ferrari.

My wife has just had a cesarean operation and currently she has to go through the physical and mental harassment of traveling by auto, taxi etc Over and above that we are spending extra money on traveling. Even though we have supposedly the best hatchback in this segment. After a series of mails Fiat has been kind enough to give me a taxi because they dont hae temporary replacement cars the cars they have are only tat indigo marina which my wife cant drive
