With lots hope I am finally here to write you the problem of my car, that in the month of April 15th 2011, I had booked the car to M/s. R D Motor Private Limited, Kolkata, India and was promised to deliver within 15 – 20 days from the date of booking but they failed to deliver the car on time but though it was delivered on 3rd June 2011 just after 48 days and was told me that the color which I had selected is very premium and is not in the stock. OK ! any way I waited for my premium car Fiat Punto Emotion ( Tuscan Wine ).

But at the time of delivery I have noted and complained to the representative of the dealer.

The Point to be noted :
1. The day one car was delivered in in a bad condition and told by me that it will be done when you will get the car 1st time to the work shop.
2. The roof was leakage from the Rubber Beading both side of the front and rear door.
3. Front windshield rubber beading was not fitted properly at the proper system.
4. Dashboard was scratched
5. Auto Power window Switch was not working.
6. Left and Right Looking Door Mirror on the door could not be operated from the Auto switch.
7. Car was not cleaned from Inside and Outside.
8. Left Seat that is near the driver seat lower cover was broken.
9. Left side between the rear gate and wheel was scratched.
10. Seat Belt was fitted reverse so locking problem arise.
11. Avarage in Ac 10-11 and in Non AC 12-13 maximum.


Sir Please tell me did I done any mistake by purchasing the Fiat Punto Emotion Car Petrol Version. I had lot of choice to buy the car and I left Hyundai i 20, Maruti Swift & Maruti Swift Desire, Polo, Nishan Indigo Manza, Aveo and Honda Jazz..... and finally selected the Punto. I don’t No Why ?

After buying the same car I have been personally to the service station more then 7-8 times and apart from this car was picked by the service station 4 times from my residence for these problem but still the problems are there and all the time I am getting the news that parts are not available in the stock, is this my problem.

In last 5 months on an average car was with you then i have used yet 2000 kms has not completed and they have done the 1st service without resolving the old problems.

I can only request you to kindly please do solve the problem or else I have nothing to do so. But yes I will not leave it here for this issue.

Now I have shifted to Coimbatore City, State- Tamilnadu, India , and it is not possible for me to send the to the service station as and when the call comes from the center and even could not get the car here ( Coimbatore, Tamilnadu ) due to so lots of minor and major problems. In Coimbatore service station people will not solve the problem as because Kolkata dealer - cun - Service Station people knows the case.

Now with hope I waiting for your fruitful reply in this regard.
