This is above my patience now, I have written a mail to FIAT on October 15th and it is almost 20 days now and still the radiator part has not come….

Our local Concorde who is in CC says that the Radiator part has to come from Italy and he says that there was some fire accident in Italy that prevented part to come on time. I don’t even get a date & time as to when my car will be delivered

I think this is heights of service both from Fiat and Concorde…. I have this car for 8 years and you are compelling me not to go/recommend any FIAT products anymore…

The reason for not sending part is that they are moving their warehouse it seems, It shows their customer orientation
