Respected Shri R P Dholakia,

We have booked Fluidic Verna SX at Planet Automotive Pvt Ltd. Ahmedabad in name of Mrs. Kantaben Patel, we have made booking on 27th May 2011 and was promised by the dealer car delivery will be made in 90-120 days. We have paid Rs 75000/- as down payment to the dealer.

After one month of booking when the down payment fund was not transfered from our account we have contacted dealer for the same and due to their mistake cheque was misplaced somewhere in the office and they have deposited the same cheque after one month of booking.

Now its more than 120 days but on asking about delivery of car we are not getting response from the dealer at all neither they provided any confirmed date nor month, earlier we have been told 15-20th October and now they are telling us November but that even not with surety not in written. Considering good faith towards then we have not forced them till the date but we now we feel that dealer is miss using our patience.

Also Loan fund is transferred to the dealers account and our 1st EMI was also deducted on 7th october 2011 but no confirmation is provided yet.

We request you to take strict action in this matter help us to sort out this issue.
