I am Arjun Kumar Jain from New Delhi, India a not-at-all proud owner and customer of FORD FIESTA. I will explain the reason also why I am not proud of this machine and will not recommend anyone to buy a Ford Car.

For repair & maintenece: 6th December 2010 at Harpreet Ford, Okhla, Delhi and again on 12th December 2010.
On 4th February 2011 this car did not start at all. It was very a very embarassing and an inconvenient situation for me as I was with my spouse and we both are the senior citizens. I had to get a mechanic from a distance so that I can atleast reach the nearest Ford Dealer. You can very well imagine that how difficult it is for a senior person to hunt for a car mechanic. Some how I was able to find one and he managed to get the car started and I somehow reached home. On that day itself i.e 4th February 2011 I took the car to Harpreet Ford for checking and I was being told that there was a problem with the alternator and the car will be handed over to me in couple of days as this part need to be ordered from Chennai. On the same day in the evening I got a call form the dealer that my car has been repaired as there was a problem with the coupler and the same has been replaced.
I was completely shocked becuase this car has not even run 3000 kms and has not even completed an year and it giave me such a big problem. So, I registered a compaint at their website and I did receive a call from one of their executives but instead of providing a solution and respite to my problem he started justifying the problem. He told me that even "Lancer" cars can get stalled on the road. I am completely baffled by this kind of respose form their end.
I wanted a written applogy form Ford and I needed an assurance in writing that all the alternator and coupler related problem will be resoved by the Ford Compnay free of cost for a lifetime and I also need a monetary compensation for the inconvenience and embarrassment caused to me because of a defective part in my car.
