i have ford figo zxi model last month , it is giving me very poor mileage of about 6-7 km/lit ,but company had told me 14-15 km/pl . i had done complaint to the company customer service they told me to bring my car to service center.they said i will get good mileage after 1st service. now first service is also over but i m getting the same mileage which i was getiing before ... i think there is some manufacturing defect in the car ... even my fuel indicator was not working properly...i dont know what to do plzzzz help me with this

I ahve bought my Ford Figo on 30th June 2010, ever since then, I have seen the worst side of the company Ford. Specially SC ford Malad W opp Goregaon sports club, and SC FORD Service center. In an emergency situtaion u do not get entry in to their service center, they giv u an appt after 24hrs, then they dont understand English, Hindi, Marathi. (Specially the lady reps handling Calls). They are scripted.
Figo gives you one new problem every day. The boot make rattling sounds, the AC tube wears off every few months, the break peddle makes new sounds every day. But the Service of Ford is the WORST

Ford Figo Car having above details was fitted with 14 inch Good Year Tyres ( Tubeless - Size 175/65 R14). One right rear Tyre bursted from 3 different place on highway at the same time considering that the car was only about 5000 KM old. This Good Year tyre has a serious underperformance issue and posed a life threat to me including my family. On taking up this issue with the Bhagat Ford Ludhiana, I found no listener of the issue and on insisting after couple of hours they agreed to consult Engineer from Good Year, and asked me to wait for 1 week as the engineer visit on Tuesdays only. I recieved no feedback from Bhagat Ford Ludhiana regarding the inspection status of the tyre. The Tyre till date has not been sent to the Lab for Inspection and is still lying with Bhagat Ford. At the minimal, the burst tyre should be replaced and the running 4 tyres should be thoroughly inspected so as to ensure safety to my family and myself.
