I've a Ford Icon Flair - 2004 Model approx 30,000 KM of running. I get my vehicle service regularly from Harpreet Ford Gurgaon at sector 18 service station. From the last one year I have been facing this peculiar problem in my vehilce . In the morning when I start the machine, there is a creeking sound that goes on for few minutes and fades gradually. On every service this problem was updated to the service supervisor of Harpreet Ford service centre, but no attention was taken to reslove this problem. Moreover the supervisor advised to change the spare to get rid off this problem. On advise , I got my battery , battery wires and a spare changed on 5th of May'2010 (service date). After two month, this problem of creeking sound is again proped up . On calling the service centre, the supervisor again advised to change yet another spare amounting to Rs. 13000/-aprrox. and assured me that this problem shall be totally eradicated.

Now I'm in a real fix whether to get the spare changed which is very expensive or go on without this change. It has been seen that the service centre does not repair the parts but advise to change the spares which are extremely expensive. So the people like us have no choice left.
