Sub: Manufacturing Defect In new Purchased Vehicle Ford Ikon.

Dear Sir

We purchased a new ford ikon car MH 31 AG 9906 On dated 30.07.10 from pune. it has some defects Notably the brake system was defective and it was repaired by M/s Sequel Ford, Nagpur. As the faulty brake booster assembly was fitted to new car.

on Dated 22.12.10 while in use suddenly the car caught Fire under bonnet in running condition, the office sent this car for repair again in M/s Sequel ford, nagpur. as it is in warrenty Period the copany sent the estimate of Rs 1,11,291/- Saying that the incident happened by drivers mistake & Not covered in Warrenty.
We have Witness with us that our Driver is Innocent & This is the manufacturing Defect.
